On the afternoon of 7 July 2024, one of the ladies was indifferent throughout my time in the store when I asked her about their embossing/stamping machine for their leather products. The lady nonchalantly said “we have the machine but we are not trained yet and we are not allowed to use it”. I told her that I am aware they have the machine in their store for quite some time now yet they can’t use it. She just walked away from me. I usually get customer service from this store.

Girl in the bright pink shirt and red hair did not show me any customers service. Didn’t greet me when coming in while I noticed she welcomed others after me. While checking out she was also preoccupied talking to her other coworker.

Came in to browse. The lady who I guess the manager asked me me not once but twice if I needed help. I said no , you have asked me twice in less than 5 minutes. She backs up and says ok sorry. I buy nothing and leave. This woman I guess got offended . I’ve had only been in that store a few times, calls the police after I leave and then I’m getting question about if I’ve had a previous altercation with her. No. Coward.

It was great experience to shop here. Faith was the salesperson who was helping me to find the right watch model that I was looking for. She helped me in billing as well as engraving. Even though I arrived almost shop close time, she helped me patiently. Product I was buying was on sale. Happy with watch and price!!

This is my second visit within the last two months - at no fault of my Fossil watch purchases.There comes a time when modern technology just baffles me. Today I received excellent care from Kayala, at the Potomac Mills location - she assisted me with resetting my Gen 5 watch in using a replacement charger that had gone bad. I truly appreciated her help - I need my watch for my morning walks ??♀️ I count everything ? You name it - I count it!Thanks again, Kayala ? I appreciate you.
