Went in to buy a pair of sneakers. They didn't have the inventory advertised. The assistant manager said I could order the item online and she ended up making a mistake and charging my card while at the same time charging the card and not even completing the order. I was told that the sale was canceled and the money would go back. I spent 1hour and 30 minutes trying to find the order with the manager. She ended up getting frustrated and telling me to call corporate or my bank to figure out where the money went and why it hasn't gone back. This place is filled with employees who ignore customer and racially profile people based on how they are dressed. I was ignored upon walking in. Video confirmed it. The manager ignored my feedback about the employees poor treatment of me when I walked in. On the bright side NEMO a salesman was very helpful and apologized for how the female employee ignored and didn't even acknowledge me upon my arrival. This manager of the store wanted to get into a shouting match with me because she wanted to pass the buck to me the customer. She was very rude and ghetto to say the least and continued to call me aggressive even though I had been extremely polite and patient . I just want my money back. Footlocker clearly doesn't respect customers time especially when they made the mistake and charged me with absolutely no product to show for . Empty bank account and empty hands is what I left with.

Came here to buy some Jordan's. I always wanted to try the Classic high top Air-1. So I bought some here. Employees were friendly and helpful, running back n forth to get me the right size. Unfortunately, I got them home and realized they were really too narrow. (I have wide feet) so I had to return them. They gave me no flack about this at all. Return was simple, fast and easy. I will come back here when I am ready to buy my next pair of athletic shoes!

Sorry !!! But not coming back .. restrooms nasty Asked for hand made onion rings answer was . We don’t have those , so… take the sign away , sits are ripped down ., gotta say by by till a new manager comes by.

Employees were rude and didn’t even bother asking if we needed help or anything, no greeting whatsoever. They do not know how to smile or talk to customers at the register. I regret spending money here.

0 customer service. I was going spend. 200$+ on two air max the three young girls that worked would pass me to each other and walk past me as I asked to get them to get the shoes for me. Buy online for better prices and faster Service
