Had the best experience at this store. Julius was amazing!!! From the time we walked in the store, he greeted us, helped us locate samples of tiles, and even helped us load them in the car. Everyone at the store was so helpful. Best customer service I have seen in a long time!

There is a showroom and samples you can purchase. We like the variety of flooring and quality of materials sold at this location. We have designed a custom shower and our contractor used these materials. You also have the option to order online and pickup materials in the back of the store or call and have it delivered at a rather high shipping cost. You can return unopened boxes for a refund. There is plenty of parking. Store staff will wheel materials out to your car for transport.

This place have very poor customer service. I order flooring very in responsable with the delivery time. you have to wait all day at home, they told me delivery will be 9:00ama to 1:00pm I never get message or email to tell me will be late, I’m still waiting for the material happen on Monday and Wednesday on the same week

Opaku saved the day! I drove 45 min out to the Potomac Mills location for a design appointment with Senettie but when I showed up for our design consult I was told she was not in. I don’t know why the online scheduling system scheduled me on a day she was out, but Opaku walked up to me and asked how he could help. At first I was skeptical he could, but by the end of my hour with Opaku I not only learned what materials I needed for my project, but picked out the tiles for my bathroom remodel. Opaku was the most pleasant, patient sales rep and a true gem. His boss needs to give him a raise and a promotion. I saw other sales reps assisting customers but I also noticed some sales reps playing on their phones and ignoring customers. Opaku was focused on helping as many customers as he could and during my 2 hours in the store I noticed him provide personalized assistance to 5 customers. Opaku is definitely a young man that goes above and beyond and is an asset to Floor and Decor!

This company is worthless. They will hold your refund hostage because they are the ONLY brick and mortar store that has no ability to refund to your debit card. Then when they offer to refund, they only offer store credit if you don’t have a physical copy of your receipt. We will never spend another dime at this trash place, I’d rather buy the cheapest material from Lowe’s than spend another dime here.

Went for a refund after I had left over materials, they wouldn’t refund me, they would only give me store credit. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Will never come here again.
