Went here for the first time last week and the transaction was too easy! Order (2) 10’ long 6 inch schedule 40 pvc and it arrived 2 days later. They were the only local place that could get it. I’ll be back later for some Milwaukee Tools.

We we're first time customers to this place, we were very pleased with the professionalism , caring and helpful service from the Manager there today 5/6/24. Also his co worker that helped us out. He gave us options and detailed instructions. We Appreciate the experience!

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever received. I came in looking for a simple sink fitting with the correct size measurement and part number. Instead of looking it up the part number they had me go to isle 10 and look for over 30 minutes. Then they offered help to find it and after a minute of helping me. The counter rep I was working with walked away to help a delivery driver. Not to mention I was in the middle of a sentence when he walked away.... Thought I'd give them a try, I'll stick with Home Depot and Lowe's. At minimum there employees search the part numbers and can give me an answer within minutes.

Purchased 4 toilets and wanted them delivered. Toilets weren't delivered, and the 4 people working didn't seem to want to resolve, requested a refund. Big box store here I come. Never again.

None of the items have prices on them. Three total employees at the counter. One of the employees was not actively working with customers (he was on the computer). I waited in line for the other two to finish helping others to ask about items (spending over $20k on a few new bathrooms). After the lady finished her customer, she look at me and my wife and took off through double doors without saying a word. This place doesn't need customers? I'll just check with competitors!

I was trying to get a part for my AC unit, first I didn’t have a account, After I brought the account, they didn’t sell it to me, that’s not fair, I really need that part, it’s getting very hot and I don’t have AC at home , I have two little girls and my wife, they are waiting for me .
