Terrible service! Be sure to read reviews before visiting this office. There is an urgent need for a change in management.
The day before our visit, I called to confirm that their camera was working, and I received a clear and affirmative answer. However, when we arrived the next day (after taking time off work), we were told the camera battery had died and we needed to return in a few hours.
It seemed like no one was actually doing their job and were just there to collect a paycheck!

PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO HERE. THEY HAVE UNTRAINED NEW EMPLOYEES WORKING THERE TO WASTE YOUR TIME. I'VE BEEN PLACING ONLINE ORDERS WITH FEDEX MANY TIMES NEVER EVER HAD ISSUE BUT THIS LOCATION AT WOODBRIDGE IS HORRIBLE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. NO PRINTING EXPERIENCE, FORGET THAT THEY CAN'T EVENT REFUND OR RETURN AN ORDER BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TRAINED. NEVER EVER GOING HERE. HORRIBLE MANAGER, HORRIBLE SERVICE, WASTE OF TIME!!

Do not come here for Apple trade in shipping, They don’t know what they’re doing and they don’t care to fix it. Had to go to another location where they easily sent it in.

My experience with FedEx was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority. Managers and employees seemed more interested in socializing than actually helping customers. When I finally managed to get someone's attention, the cashier handling my delivery couldn't even bother to enter the correct information. As a result, my package, which had a time-sensitive deadline just a week from its send date, vanished into thin air. The sheer incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by FedEx staff are beyond belief. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time and sanity.

I drove all the way to a real FedEx store to drop off important documents that had to be overnighted . Lady was extremely rude and demanded I use the kiosk despite waiting patiently in line. Well turns out my destination zip was off so my shipment is now delayed. Had she just taken a few moments to confirm and scan items I’d have caught this . Now FedEx will be rerouting package and documents will be late. Please realize that 30 seconds of your time (customer service ) can have a huge impact! Also, Demanding I use a kiosk and treating me like I’m not competent because I wanted to wait in line and confirm everything just cost me a huge headache!! Last, your kiosk don’t show any details on destination etc so mistake like this are not preventable .

If I could've gave the place and negative I would have just had the most unsanitary unscrupulous experience with a little nasty employee that's stood there and snorted and snuckled for the entire time of my attempted transaction to include the customer that was in front of me.He handled my potential package as he continued snort and do whatever with his nose and I made a decision not to Utilize FedEx and then I grab my package as if it is contaminated because by then it was. He had the audacity. To tell me it's allergies and I have the audacity to tell him. It doesn't matter, you'd stood here and snorkel get some tissue you nasty goat. You can't miss him a gazillion dreads and tatoos from the top of his head. All the way to his fingers clearly somebody's got questions about their body. honestly the tastes finessmsun matter it was his nastiness but just know if you encounter him he's going to snort all you and your package
FedEx clearly, parents are not teaching people manners, maybe you guys should lost the customer.

Save yourself the time and money of having to file claims. I’ve now had 2 packages not arrive on time. The first package because they put the return shipping label on the box….so they charged me $50 to send a time sensitive package to myself.
The second I paid for it to arrive by Sunday, and it hasn’t gone out for delivery yet on Monday. I have no idea what’s going on at this location but they cannot get it together. If I didn’t have to use my work’s shipper account I’d never use fedex again.
FedEx corporate has been less than helpful and I’ve had to call 4 times over the course of 3 and a half weeks before finally getting someone who is willing and able to help me get a refund on the shipping.

I went to drop a box off and one but both ladies at the counter were rude and acted like me coming in was a bother to them. FedEx needs to look into the ladies working 20 Mach at 1pm because they are bad representation of FedEx.

The elderly lady that works the counter is extremely rude for no apparent reason. If she is representative of the typical service here, then this location should be an embarrassment to the franchise. This may be the first review I've ever written in my life, so that should tell you something.

I had the worst experience in customer service at this location. I was at the store and no one offered to help me. When I asked for help, an African American lady in her twenties gave me an attitude so I didn’t wnat to ask her for help. I went back to printing which took me longer because it was my first time. When the store closed at 8pm, I was still trying to figure out how to fax a document. Finally, an employee told me that the store was closed and I explained that I couldn’t figure out how to fax the form. He was helping me when the African American lady approached us with a told us that I needed to come back. Why she would do that when an employee was already helping me? I got upset because she was being very rude. I went and try to fax the form and she came back and unplug the printer. Is this is the proper way to treat customers? Where is the manager? Why they don’t check the cameras? All the employees have a long face like they don’t want to be there.

I've never had less than a perfect, proffessional experience here. Especially with Vicki. This FedEx family is a well-oiled machine and knows how to interact with customers and service many other requests. Very well done!!

Stopped on to drop off a fed ex package. I was the only person in the store, the employee told me to go to the self service scanning station. I asked her how to use it, and from behind the counter she was barking orders to me. The scanner did not accept the barcode, I asked her to come over and instead of her doing it, she treated me like a kid and help my hand to show me how to scan the barcode. I told her I do not work for fedex and she can do this herself. She needs to be fired.
