Package was not picked up from drop box. Getting in touch with anyone about it is impossible. And when I finally spoke to someone, I was told it was not in their possession and only a shipping label was created. It is in a Fed Ex owned drop box. It is in their possession. Customer service was absolutely no help. And could not tell me why it was not picked up or when it would be picked up or how I could just get it back to take to an actual fed ex store.
