Took my car in for an electrical issue with my tpms sensor. They had the car all day! We called around 4:30pm to see if they found the “issue” with the car. Paid for a diagnosis & they come up with “they couldn’t find the issue”. After going off on David they called my husband stating “they all of a sudden found the issue and they would pass the car for the inspection”. Once my husband got the car they stated other issues that were NOT an issue. My break warning light came on (didn’t have this issue when I took it in) & wasn’t an issue when I spoke to them & then stated all my four tires need to be replaced,& car needs an alignment. My car had an alignment done back in June when I changed all the break pads/ rotors. This place robs you!! Find somewhere else to take your car!

DO NOT come here for tire repair. Got all of my tires replaced and one of them got a flat within a week and there was no warranty and they refused to repair it. Never coming back to this location

I love this Exxon mobile service station. My family have been using this service station for years and we highly recommend them. The station was clean and well-organized. The convenience store was tidy, with shelves neatly stocked. The restrooms were also well-maintained, which is an important factor for me when choosing a service station. The staff was friendly and professional. The cashier greeted me with a smile and was quick to assist with my purchase. When I inquired about car maintenance services, the mechanic on duty was knowledgeable and provided clear and helpful information. I recommend Mohamed he has always provided excellent customer service my family and I cant thank him enough. Overall, my visit to the ExxonMobil service station was pleasant and hassle-free. I would recommend this station to anyone in need of fuel or quick car maintenance services. I will definitely be returning for future needs.

David is a horrible manager. Their website says that their mechanic shop opens at 8 am but according to them, they open whenever they feel like it.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR INSPECTIONS THERE! My car has no warning lights on the car's dashboard, no issues what’s so ever. Nevertheless they reject my inspection saying that I need 2 new back tires! The guy took forever and for nothing! Never going back! Dishonest and nasty service.

Yep...I'm stressing. Just needed to change my brake pads. As soon as my Dad did that the Transmission started pouring fluid!!!! Murphys law.

THANK GOD FOR AMAZING FRIENDS AT MINNIEVILLE EXXON!!!! FRANK & ART ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!!
Long story short...
1 of the radiator hoses got mushed when we jacked up the car. When I test drove the car to check the brakes, it worked lose at the end in the drive way. My Dad insisted on towing it to the shop(1 mile away literally). I was trying to drive it...of course.
Well, Frank called me & told me that he fixed it and Art was test driving it now. Then, oh by the way...the fan issue(another prob I was going in for on Tuesday). We fixed that too while we were fixing the hose!!!!
If y'all ever need anything done with your car...this place is the BEST!!! (Minnieville & Dale blvd)
♡2019...I have been taking my vehicles here for years. I have had an oil change, ac compressor, breaks & rotors. NEVER 1 ISSUE. They are always fair & honest.
*UPDATE*
I took my car to have the muffler replaced, oil change, & inspection. The price was out of this world & customer service was top notch!

total fraud--two years in a row I picked up pattern across multiple cars I brought in, will fail to make a few bucks. One time I challenged and the big white guy responded "gotta make a living". Never again! There's a reason they put up Groupon discounted inspection price to lure people in to take advantage of.

I went there to check a noise on the brakes, Mechanic checked out and stated it needs brakes pads and rotors. The work had been completed for almost 500 dollars, a month later i had the same issues, I went there, they said the rotors were defected, they replaced again.. 2 month later same issues again, I went to Toyota dealer, they checked out, they found out that Exxon got off market parts. I took the old parts to Exxon shop , they refused to refund. It’s the worst Shop I have ever been too. Don’t waste your money and time going there

This is a busy station for various reasons. The auto repair shop is busy and seems to be popular. The cashiers are helpful when asked for information. There are ATM machines for crypto and other financial transactions. Also a nice selection of drinks and snacks. Vape products seem to be offer a large selection but I don't use them so I have no opinion about them.
