This enterprise is such a joke. So someone ended up hitting my car causing me to get a rental that the opposing cars insurance company was paying for. When I came her to get my rental the associate who was white (not to bring race just describing) said I had to pay a deposit so they can release the car to me cause that is not covered by insurance and I will get that back when the car is returned. So I payed it. This was back in October. 2 months later I return the car and TILL THIS DAY I still haven’t gotten my deposit back even though they said I’ll get it when I return the car. And they are so bad at “calling you back” like they always say. Every time they answer the phone they say “can I call you back were are very busy in the lobby” and never call back. Now we are In 2024 still no deposit back and now I randomly get charged $100 to my card so I instantly called them and asked why I got charged again and y’all ain’t even give me my deposit and he said it’s from there protection policy that I added. And I said I never added it I’m looking on my receipt right now and the protection policy is under declined options so where do I have a signature that I signed for that. And he tells me I can’t see that and you will have to talk to customer care cause it’s out of his hands. This was the wide black dude at the counter this time. They are just horrible and makes me mad I even have to experience this and wish that everyone can drive properly and I never got hit. Legal action definitely open

Updated be careful dealing with this location the employees at this location are very unresponsive and careless. My wife car crashed and we take rental car through our insurance. When we picked up the car the guy told us verbally the insurance will cover us for about 29 days (Which is misaligning)but they give us bigger car because they don’t have smaller car at the time. When we returned the car they didn’t close the account properly and nobody know what to do after months we returned the car they charged our card over $800 with out any communication file dispute with our bank.

A car renter and member of Enterprise Plus, I have been dealing with a wonderful team of professionals for over a decade at Potomac Mills Rd and I mostly have positive things to say about the team at this location, starting with Daniella, promoted manager at a different location . She was authentic, kind and true HUMBLE great person. Also she was customer-oriented like Tay D. who, contrary to some wh, not only cares at the time of pickup but also takes time to listen and share customer concerns to offer better service and car choices at pickup time. Indeed, with years, I realize the attention to the the car choice made at reservation hasn't been as great as the high cost. And reason I gave 4 stars. Overall, it's important to keep in mind customer choice when selecting an alternative and pay more attention at drop off not just the generic question "everything went ok?" but details and renter comfort should what matter most just as much as when you purchase even if rental is a short period, it doesn't take time to hurt a back or arm or neck with DC metro traffic. Let's hope for that minor but important issue improvement. Thank you & Best 2024

Deceptive Practices and Forged Documents: A Warning to Others:I am writing this review on behalf of my father, Mr. Castellon, who recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car.On August 18th, we rented a car from the Enterprise branch, and our initial impression was positive as we were greeted by the branch manager who guided us through the rental process. However, what seemed like a smooth transaction quickly turned into a nightmare.During the rental process, we specifically inquired multiple times about any out-of-pocket expenses on our end. The branch manager assured us that the insurance company of the person at fault would cover all charges. Trusting this information, we proceeded with the rental documentation.Fast forward to September 22nd when we returned the vehicle, everything appeared fine. However, on October 4th, my father was shocked to discover an unauthorized charge of over $840 from Enterprise. Upon investigation, we learned that Enterprise had charged us for a damage waiver policy that we never signed. We have our own insurance, and there was no reason for us to agree to such a policy, especially after explicitly asking about out-of-pocket expenses.It became clear that the branch manager had taken advantage of my father's trust. We suspect a forged signature on the damage waiver policy, an egregious act of deception. When confronted, the branch manager initially seemed understanding and promised resolution. However, three weeks later, he conveniently became unavailable, citing meetings, lunch breaks, and a sudden family emergency.Despite numerous attempts to get an update from anyone at Enterprise, their unwillingness to help just shows their true motives. With no recourse left, we had to involve the credit card company and file this as fraud. The actions of the Enterprise manager and staff have been utterly disgusting. I strongly advise anyone considering business with this establishment to document and photograph every aspect of the transaction to avoid falling victim to deceptive practices.

Showed up with reservation and confirmation number in hand and they said they had no record of it and the vehicle wasn't available. Told me they wouldn't honor the price on the reservation and quoted me double what I reserved online. Person at the desk was extremely rude to me the whole time from the moment I said good morning....

I have rented many vehicles here. The service is excellent. The wait time has been pretty good. Latest visit I arrived early and the gentleman behind the counter was managing 3 customers effortlessly. He greeted us all….he was thorough, professional and friendly. My rental was last minute and it didn’t matter. I had a car waiting and ready to go. Great Job!

Tried to rent a car from this Branch, spoke to a very rude woman Hanna who actually hung up the phone on me. I do hope management reaches out to me regarding this incident. I have been a regular customer with Enterprise for years, and actually purchased my current car from this location. DO BETTER Enterprise.

Easy to reserve a car online, was waiting for me when I arrived. Staff were friendly, prompt and I was on the road within 15 minutes of arriving at the office. Car was well kept. Return was just as easy and simple. Excellent staff.

Highly recommend. Austin (branch manager) in particular was so helpful and made it a stress-free experience. Will be going with them again in the future!
