“I came to Geeks Zone this evening (arrived around 5:20 p.m.). I met Tony for the second time. He was very friendly and courteous as usual. When I reminded him that I needed a printer driver for my laptop, he said he would work on it and to give him about an hour to install the driver. The business was due to close at 6:00 p.m. I really appreciated that he used his valuable time to stay an extra 30 minutes (beyond closing) because I didn't want to be without my laptop over the long New Year's holiday. When I got home, I followed his instructions and now when I use the print command to send documents or anything else to print from my printer, it works. So I am happy and I am a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend this business and I would definitely use them again in the future (if needed) for my laptop or printer issues. Thank you Tony. You're the man!”

I was able to make things work with my iPad short term. It took a couple days for the part to come in and once it did, they had my computer up and ready to go in less time than I was expecting.
