Worst customer service experience. One staff member was on the phone, on speaker, while at the cash register, completely disregarding customers and chatting with a friend about personal business. Another staff member had the register light off and was complaining about customers not having common sense for lining up at other register. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

There was an older lady of color working at the register today at around 1pm. She was playing music and was very rude and confrontational. I told her I did not need a bag and she said “I didn’t ask you! I’ve been working here many years and don’t need you to tell me how to do my job”. She then started to yell at me about my credit card because I inserted it into the machine instead of tapping. Lastly I asked her for a receipt and she refused to give it to me and kept arguing with me and being very hostile. I hope the company is aware about this employee’s behavior.

We walked in at 9:40 and the lady yelled out that we closing in 5 mins. I said door says 10pm and then goes on saying that we should've locked the door 10 mins ago

The worst customer service experience. An older woman of color on the register. I asked for balloons and all that were available was for Valentine. She told me buy what they have if they don’t have it then oh well! Dollars Tree train your staff better. The worst part!!! She was playing gospel music. The irony. Do better!

It’s funny when you see ppl talk about the way the store look and 98% of the time it’s ppl using it as a daycare as they shop.(seen it with my eyes) I see them trying to keep the store together and customers come in and don’t care. Think about where u work at and what u want other to respect at your work place. Yes sometimes they do ask u to put the green basket up for the safety of others so if u grab it put it back. I love coming to this store and I only do nights cause they are more friendlier. This store came from a long way and I’m loving it.

Worst customer service at this location. Went to checkout my things, the lady that was assisting us was okay, but there was another lady, (if you even want to call her that) working right next to her that was the issue. Yelled at my son to get the basket that was by the register, didn’t even say please. My son is only 5years old and literally was so frightened. First off lady get your lazy self and get the basket yourself, you’re getting paid. After my son gave her the basket, she walked away huffing and puffing and mumbled “I’m so tired of here”… okay so how about this, find another job if you are so tired of working there!! Simple! Btw she was at the other register eating Popeyes! Like how unprofessional! Definitely will be reaching out to corporate and the store manager!

I come here often because it is by my job some days it is open at 8 AM but there’s several days where it has not been open at 8 AM to despite the sign saying Monday through Friday 8 AM

Cashier's are very nice and professional but customers that come in especially with children should keep an eye on them and put back any items that their child (ren) may take from there place

It's a bit small but is usually in stock. Today was a Thursday at night, and it was not too crowded and had lots of items.
