I called the store and NOBODY spoke English. At least hiring somebody that can understand and speak English. It doesn’t have to be perfect English, just know enough to understand what a person is calling to ask. It’s not that hard. It’s unacceptable to people who don’t speak anything other than English.

Esta joyeria/tienda brinda el peor servicio al cliente que haya recibido; deje mi aro de matrimonio para aumentarle una talla y me devolvieron otro de menos peso y de otro color. Hay una mujer de lentes y de tez arrugada con acento salvadoreí±o que lanza improperios y groserias tratando muy mal y faltando el respeto a los clientes. Yo les recomiendo que NO VAYAN a esta tienda o les van a robar como lo hicieron conmigo y si uno reclama, lo tratan mal e insultan...el peor servicio al cliente que he tenido en mi vida
