showed up at the drive thru to fill my prescription and they dropped the medication when handing it to the guy in front of me. there was plenty of time to fill my prescription before closing when i showed up. they handed the guy his prescription (again) exactly at closing time and when i pulled up, they would not help me. there was no way i could have gone inside either. i was stuck in the drive thru and i had to wait for this man to get his meds before i could do anything about getting mine. when i pulled up, they were closing the window on me. no one would answer. they could have at least given me an explanation. horrible service, worst CVS location i have ever been to. it’s not only the pharmacy too, the customer service from the other employees is just as bad.

Literally waited for 23 minutes behind ONE CAR on the drive-thru. When my husband got out to ask the people in the car/attendant what was going on, it was clearly the attendant who was holding everything up by not being responsive. When I got to the window I had to repeat my name and DOB like five times before they found my Rx. TERRIBLE service. May be time to open up a pharmacy for lack of options with any real customer service in Woodbridge VA

need more staff. Have been on hold >40min waiting to speak to pharmacy staff about a problem w a patient's prescription. Called before 1120, still on hold at noon. Despite another CVS telling me this location had the med in stock, the pharmacist told the patient the medication simply doesn't exist. This is unacceptable behavior.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. My doctor called in a prescription for me 3 times. 3 times! It went to voicemail every time, in which my doctor left a voicemail each time with my name and the name of my prescription. Every-time I went in person to the pharmacy and told them my doctor left a voice mail. They would check and say no one left a voicemail, yet clearly my doctor did because I was there when the doctor called. So instead my doctor had to write my prescription order out on paper, I had to go pick it up and physically drop it off a CVS pharmacy just for them to work on it. I'm no stranger to physical work, yet I have two jobs in DC and I live in woodbridge that both schedule me full time. I barley have the time to pick up the medication, let alone pick up the paper prescription order from my doctor, drop it off at cvs, then come back and pick up the medication when it's ready. All because the employees at CVS pharmacy on Jefferson Davis can't do their jobs and pick up a simple phone call. Or if they're too lazy to do that, maybe just listening to their voicemails. These are prescription medications we're talking about, serious stuff I've had to go a week longer with my infection and no medication because they can't do their jobs. Absolutely unacceptable.

I cannot believe the lack of service that I received at this CVS location. There was 1 employee working the floor, and he fled to the back (employees only room) for the entire 10-15 minutes that I was there, waiting. I needed an item from the cosmetics department of the store, all of which are locked. I ended up having to leave without making my purchase because the employee never came out, therefore, never unlocked the item for me. I'm so upset.

No Restrooms in working order for the last 2 years. Coded entry They never intended the public to use them. When I asked the Manager he told me to go next-door to another store. I’m 65 and have been using CVS mostly in Maryland Virginia and Washington DC I haven’t had this problem with any other CVS no problem with the pharmacy at all the pharmacist and staff are very nice and professional.

Absolutely horrible people
Cut you off while talking
Write you off when you’re expressing a concern.
Give you absolutely no help
Don’t answer the phones.
