Visiting Crossroads Animal Care Center is consistently a wonderful experience for both me and my dogs. The staff is unfailingly friendly and extremely helpful, and Dr. Dustine Reppuhn is fantastic. My appreciation for her goes beyond liking; I have complete trust in her with my pets' care. Additionally, its location is very convenient for me.

The vet we saw is good and the facility is clean. However, while they provide good animal care, they do not fully disclose all costs prior to conducting procedures. If you go here, ask to have everything itemized ahead of time, as they will not volunteer this. Bringing your dog in with a possible urinary tract infection and leaving with a bill for $685 with no one walking through the quickly escalating charges prior to their accrual was a real shocker. No one offered alternatives or said they were necessary steps for treatment. When I called to complain, I was told I should have asked. I have been to other veterinarians who will disclose ahead of time to you the price of each item or procedure they are proposing for your pet and gauge together with the pet owner whether or not that is the route they want to go . I think some veterinarians need to realize that vet care differs significantly from human care and that most people do not have insurance for their pets and are unfamiliar with the exorbitant charges some places charge, nor do they make the salary that a veterinarian makes. So shelling out $685 when you were expecting a much lower bill can impact family finances. My recommendation is that they consider both the pet and the owners in their decisions and not assume that everyone is familiar with, or can pay, their extremely high costs. I also recommend that the staff better explain to the client the full benefit of each procedure they are proposing and whether or not it is truly necessary in that specific case. For $685, we left with a bottle of antibiotics (which was the only necessary item), another bottle of an unnecessary medication we didn't even ask for, and the strong feeling we had been taken advantage of financially.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible care my pet has received at Crossroads Animal Care Center in Woodbridge, especially from Dr. Reppuhn. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the facility.
Dr. Reppuhn and the entire staff are nothing short of amazing. Their genuine compassion and dedication shine through in every interaction. They possess an extraordinary ability to read dogs' behavior, which is a true gift. I was in awe of how they could predict my dog's reactions and handle even the most challenging and reactive pets with such grace and confidence. It’s clear that they understand the uniqueness of my pup and put me at ease.
What truly sets Dr. Reppuhn apart is the way they communicate with pet owners. She takes the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I felt informed and supported throughout each visit. In what can often be a stressful situation, Dr. Reppuhn brings a sense of calmness that is truly remarkable. Her soothing presence and "we've got this" not only comforts the pets but also reassures anxious owners like myself.
I am deeply appreciative of the care and attention my pet has and continues to receive. Dr. Reppuhn has made a lasting impact to my overall experience of going to the vet and I am truly grateful to have such a compassionate and skilled veterinarian looking after my furry bestfriend. Thank you, Dr. Reppuhn, for everything you do! It doesn't go unnoticed.

This is a nice animal care center. It’s clean and the Vets are loving/caring. I’ve been here 3 times in the last 6 months and the biggest complaint that I have is their pricing. I want quality care for my dog but I also want services at a fair price. Each time I visited, the exam fee has changed. When I visited in March 2024, the exam fee was $75.42. When I visited today it was $86.95. When I questioned the price difference, the lady confirmed, yes the price increased. I said ok does this happen every year or very often? One of the ladies responded, “it can happen again next week or whenever the company feels like changing the price.” I told them that me as a customer knowing that now would deter me from returning here since you’re stating that you don’t have a set price for an exam fee. This facility picks and chooses what price to give customers based on the day and that doesn’t sit right with me at all. I will price around for another vet in the surrounding areas that have a more consistent pricing. I will have a lot of vet visits with my particular dog breed.

The veterinarians are amazing, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been a long time customer and have seen the quality of care for my animals remain consistent, but the quality of care for the humans has continued to deteriorate. No disrespect to the Veterinarians, they are awesome, but....we should not have to "accept" poor customer service by the staff behind the desk, long wait times with no explanation, and attitude that is down right disrespectful. My time is just as valuable as CACC, don't expect me to wait 15 to 20 minutes past the appointment time, forget that I may have been early, and don't expect me to not be irritated in the lack of communication. The partners that own this practice really need to take a hard look at their staff performing customer service, it is at an all time low and I will be moving my pets to another practice. I will miss Dr. Neff & Dr. Rapone.

Dr. Neff is the BEST! He is so amazing with our dog. He spends a considerable amount of time with us discussing any concerns we have and is extremely patient with all our questions. We love him!
