I had a great experience with my salesman Kyle Reid. He was very patient and took the time to help me explore multiple options. I actually got a vehicle alot nicer than I expected. I would definitely give Kyle Reid a call if you need assistance. The sales managers were also great.

Jeremy was excellent. I had been to five other dealerships, to include ones in TX and AZ, and no other sales person knew enough to answer my questions on Super Duty trucks. Jeremy answered most of my questions and what he didn’t know he grabbed the service techs and I was able to speak with them directly. I visited one dealership and was told, “customers are not allowed to talk to our technicians.” That’s a poor way to run a business but with Jeremy, I finally had the information I needed and made a purchase.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. They charged me $175 for a misdiagnosis and quoted $2800 to fix my car. I decided to buy a used part to save money and paid them again for installation 150$, but the issue remained unresolved. A street mechanic eventually fixed the problem for just $90, revealing that the dealership had misdiagnosed the issue. When I asked for a refund, they only offered half of what I paid in store credit which I would have to spend the money there. I strongly advise against going here for Ford maintenance and diagnosis.
