Two of the female employees that work at the entrance/exit to check Costco membership and receipts are very rude and discriminatory. I've been a members for 6+ years, purchased new tires and do my maintenance here, got prescription glasses here, shop, and eat at the food court regularly. I will not be renewing my membership after it expires since I don't want to deal with their disrespect. If I have to return for maintenance on my tires before the warranty ends and they continue to exhibit this behavior I will get their names and speak to a manager.

Every time I try to get soda, the ice doesn't work, the water spills out the spouts & there's black things floating in the Mountain Dew. Hope it's not mold. Gross.

So I bought some pizza bagels from Costco in the box at 72 bagels and they were about six boxes of 12 pizza bagels I opened up my fourth box and they were only 11 pizza bagels when they were supposed to be 12 now my meal is not finished and I will remain to starve because currently I am missing one whole pizza bagel

Best price in all the world also you can take advantage to return the merchandise with no questions about it , I am happy to have my Costco card and all benefits.

I visited this Costco location today near Potomac Mills. I had an issue with the Costco rewards check, and LAMAR a manager assisted me. I just recently got out of surgery and it was difficult to stand or walk. LAMAR the manager gave me a place to sit in the employee's office, which was very nice of him. LAMAR resolved the issue and even spoke with the headquarters to resolve the issue. LAMAR is a good man! If he's not THE store manager, he should be! Thanks again LAMAR!!!

This Costco is located in the Potomac Mills shopping plaza, and the location can be quite chaotic. Getting in and out can take some time as there is a lot of traffic. As other Costcos, they offer appliances, auto/tires, items for babies and kids, clothing, handbags, computers/printers, electronics, furniture, hardware, health and beauty products, home/decor items, jewelry/watches, office products, patio/outdoor items, items for pets, and travel/luggage items. The self-checkout line does move along, as most patrons seem to prefer the cashier line. We were able to grab some upcoming holiday candy, toiletries, cleaning products, and some snacks easily. +self-checkout line moves along +difficulty getting in and out of parking

Still learning my way around the store. The store is nice and has unusual items in the store. That's not in other stores.

I love the products items I purchased at this store today. I accompanied my family member and decided to split up so we cover the food line and checkout line at one to save time. The cashier was super rude to me. i was in the check out line 6 today when the cashier lady working at line 6 today, she shouted at me so hard telling me the member has to be to one in the line and I couldn't pay, I pointed to him on the pizza line and explained to her I didn't know. She shouted at me again and say next time he should be here. Next thing you know I paid using a master card and that didn't go well for me, she shouted again- we don't take master card only Visa. I just kindly say- thats okay, I also have a visa and made the payment. I told her she was very unpleasant and left.

Costco, at Potomac mills, Woodbridge, Va. Has the worse customer service of all the warehouses I belong, (I also belong to Bj's and Sams.) They don't care about seniors, and will not help them, if you ask for help, they will act like you are bothering them, the employees lack total consideration to the members when you ask for help. Costco does not train the associates to provide help when needed.

Costco is a fantastic store let me start there. Costco vision eye care sucks!!! The lady that did my exam was very professional. Not very informative about what's going on with my vision. I've been going there for 3 years now. The lady running that department wasn't at work for the day. I mean it was only 130 on a Monday. I called another place they got me on that next day. The level of detail and service was amazing!!! Come to find out my contacts powers were off. Boooooooo Costco!!! Oh I forgot I ordered my new contact lenses on Tuesday. Just came in the mail today two days. Costco is easy 2 weeks

I had a horrible experience at the pharmacy. I am literally a grown woman 25+ and never in my life have I had such an experience! I asked for a morning after pill and I was basically verbally abused and harassed! The man downgraded me and made me feel so horrible just because I asked for a plan b. The people who work at this pharmacy are unbelievable. Dont bring negativity when someone is taking this type of medication and stay out of grown women's business and just give them what they need period! My first and last time coming here! I cried walking out of This store! Literally cried like a kid! I will never shop here again!!

Do not go to this store because it's not a safe place specially if you have kids . I visit this place tuesday and the employees are the worst like i never seen before in any of there locations . She was so rude, when i told her this is not the way to talk to a customer, she become even worse . I try to take a picture of her badge so she decide to attack me and hit me . I can't explain what i went throw me and my familly .

This review is for the tire center. The work was for tire replacement and was done as expected, but it's a straightforward job that is almost impossible to mess up. The problem was with the employees. The one who returned the keys to us was a Hispanic or Asian man who was obviously drunk or hung over (bloodshot eyes) and told us that the vehicle was parked in the parking lot across from the auto bays. It was not, but was further away near the gas pumps at a diagonal to the bay. He was either being rude with a bad attitude due to his hangover or completely shitfaced still and couldn't remember where he had parked it. It was raining so if I had not been intelligent enough to use the key fob to locate the vehicle we would have been soaked looking for it. To add insult to the entire matter, another woman who was white had the same service provided and had her car parked directly in front of the bays where there were at least three more open parking spots where they could have parked the car. Never took Costco to be a racist type of business but then again they allow their employees to work while intoxicated so it really doesn't surprise me. Good luck getting good service from a racist, party house, perhaps a sams club membership might be a better investment...
