I take my Can Am RT to Coleman’s for all my repair and maintenance needs. The team is highly professional, very knowledgeable and provides superior customer service. They stand behind their work and do not gouge the customer with nick picky cost. I’ve already referred two other Can Am riders to them and they share my experiences.

Every time I come to Coleman PowerSports I’m treated like family. The service department is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They always let me know what needs to be done for my bike, and they are great advisors about possible future services.Sarah and Olivia are always sweet and kind and give great recommendations on equipment and made sure I knew what promotions were happening as I purchased my new helmet today. And lastly, the Sales division was really helpful in allowing me to compare and contrast two bikes today just to satisfy my curiosity.Every person I bump into at Coleman seems incredibly happy to be interacting with me, and interested in what I need help with. Absolutely amazing crew here and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Woodbridge area who’s looking for anything bike related!

Jack (don’t know his last name) in service was awesome! I felt as a valued customer and respected. Jack was thorough explaining the service, cost and timeframes as to when my machine would be completed and ready for pick up. I really appreciated the updates and communication as the work progressed on my machine. (New transmission) That type of customer service especially with today’s work environment is rare. Thank you Jack much appreciated. Because of Jack I will be returning and I would recommend Colman Power Sports to anyone requiring work on their machines. I’m a proud owner of 2021 RZR 1000 XP PRO. Also a shout out to the technician whose name I do not know. Thanks again.

I've been using Coleman Woodbridge since November of 2015 when I purchased my first motorcycle with them. I've typically have had nothing but great experiences with both service and sales but my most recent experience with the service department has really upset me. My motorcycle (which was purchased in July 2022) was in for insurance work (post accident repair) for about a month. I asked while my bike was there if they could do the State Inspection and also their $450 service option which is supposed to include oil change, fluids and "a detailed look of the bike from head to tail". Much to my dismay, when I picked my bike up A. The secondary services I asked for were not performed (which I know because my Bike is still missing some screws here and there and a loose clamp on my exhaust). B. I was charged for the state inspection (which is supposed to be free when you purchase the bike from them) and C. No updated inspection sticker was placed on the bike. What really bothered me was that one of the service members (not Keith!) had the audacity to tell me that it's my responsibility to let them know I'm part of their VIP program when my key tag is the tag they give to VIP members. These may not seem like a big deal but it's just disheartening that I have to be the one to remind these professionals of things they should be in charge of. I commute 70miles a day on my motorcycle for work so it's very important to me that the work I request to get done, gets done and done properly.Overall I'm still a relatively satisfied customer and if it wasn't for Keith I would most likely make the 20+ mile journey to work with Classic Iron down in Fredericksburg. I'm just highly upset they had my motorcycle for so long and still didn't do what was needed. I'm sure any daily biker can relate.- Lyndon

Greg in the service department at the Coleman Powersports Woodbridge location was awesome. His courteous and professional demeanor made me comfortable in choosing Coleman for the service on my Polaris XP 1000. Thanks Greg, and thank you Coleman Powersports!

Greg was able to schedule My Ducati Monster for a valve job, timing belt and cover replacement, and clutch slave cylinder replacement on short notice. Greg kept me posted that it was completed earlier and less than expected after providing a military discount?? !Thx Greg and Coleman Power Sports of Woodbridge.

My husband and I went into Coleman looking to purchase a bike. We walked around the showroom floor and were not greeted by any of the salesman who remained seated at their desks and in their phones. Once we were approached after 10 minutes the experience started to get better until we asked about price, which was given to us at 17k, 4k higher than the listed website price of 13k. My husband corrected the salesman who then back tracked on the price. Then we were told we cannot test drive a Tracer 9, unless we made a commitment of buying the bike because putting miles on it would reduce its value too much. Or any other bike there. We explained we were going to the BMW dealership next and he doubled down that we would not be able to test drive anything there either. That’s when we decided we would be purchasing elsewhere. I’m not sure if they didn’t take us seriously based on appearance, but I would be aware that they will misinform you on the bike buying process. We ended up leaving, going to BMW, test drove a bike, and purchased it that day.

Young lady in Service Dept. is nice, that is why i brought my Ducati there for service. I wanted the Timing belt changed, valves adjusted and "clanking noise" & rough shifting checked out as well as the front forks. They tell me I need the $1800 Desmo Service that includes Timing belt & valves adjusted. I tell them I don't need all the other things it includes,I just want the 3 things i brought bike in for: Shifting, Timing Belt and Forks. They say I can't do just the 3 things, I need the entire Desmo service package to get it done. After a month they say 4 people rode my bike & it has no problems shifting. I paid about $75.00 for the Shifting noise Diagnostic mind you.I declined anything done on the front forks as I lost confidence. I go pick up my bike , I hop on it in front of the Service Writer, i put it in gear "Loud Clunk", I took it for a ride = same thing - clanking noise" & rough shifting . So when I told the Service writer AND He heard it him self, he goes from " 4 people rode my bike & it has no problems shifting" to " I Duno ? but motor will have to come out and taken apart & it will cost more to do that than the bike is worth. The shifting is getting worse, I notice a small scratch on my tank, and sometimes when cold the bike cuts out lights go off and my clock re sets to "0" I believe at least they owe me $75.00 for the diagnostic on the shifting noise they did not do , but charged me and said 4 people rode my bike & it has no problems shifting. As far as the other things - they probably would deny it or say it is a coincidence. Does anyone know a good, honest Ducati Mechanic please ?

UPFATE: I took my bike back in once the Service Dept and Honda Warranty resolved their issue. It took 12 days to get my bike finished...after I was promised it would be given top priority. I have no complaints about the service team. I just wish the guys in the back would work with a greater sense of urgency. The weather is great and people want to ride!=======================I had to have my bike serviced for a warranty issue. Coleman and Honda Warranty went back and forth, with Coleman advocating on my behalf. Gregg, Kyle & Jessica were extremely helpful in getting my issue resolved.

My experience was AWESOME, this was my first time in a motorcycle dealership in my life Lol.Salesman Anthony Padavano greeted my family and I as soon as we walked in looking for a Polaris Slingshot. He is very professional and knowledgeable and moved at my pace there was no pressure to purchase anything. Anthony gave me options on different slingshots and what they have. The entire process was smooth and I am the owner of a 2023 Slingshot SL. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. ASK FOR ANTHONY PADAVANO!

You can only get parts from them. I ordered a rubber o-ring and impeller for a 2.6 Outboard. Both parts weighed about three ounces ... they wanted over thirty bucks to ship it over two States. They put wrong address on my e-mail confirmation order, I called and changed it. SIX WEEKS LATER I call and the O-ring is on back order. I've been buying Coleman for 40 years .... not another DIME!! Corporate bullshit has taken over.

Salesman (Danny) was as good with bike knowledge as he was with listening to the customer. Danny listened carefully to everything we needed/wanted and then he easily showed us the very thing we described. We bought a pair of bikes and that is when we got to see just how friendly and cooperative the entire Coleman team is with their customer. We genuinely felt like family when we met with Sarah and with Greg. We tried 3 other dealerships in the area and none could compare with the family at Colemen Powersports in Woodbridge. Just expect the best and you will not be disappointed.
