I can’t say enough about Coleman Power Sports. They are by far the best Service Department in the DMV. Headed by a motor bike racer himself, Service Manager Greg at the Woodbridge location. This guy is the best guy you’ll ever meet. His entire team is down to earth and the best at what they do. They are an excellent team with great personality’s and honesty to match. I trust what tell me is wrong with my toys 1000%. It’s a place where you feel good about spending your money when have too. Never once had a problem that where I had to return anything. Always that good feeling of cranking it up and sounding and running like new again. And they do it with a smile!
Spider at the parts department coolest guy in the business. Gets you whatever you need to get you back on out to play. And will price match so just makes it easier to get whatever you need all within Coleman’s. It’s a one stop shop for everything you need! It’s the greatest dealership I’ve ever visited.

Jace in the service dept went over and above to make sure my 2018 Seadoo RXTX was repaired quickly and in a very cost effective manner. I have had a not so good experience from sales dept in the past, but that guy James Wells is no longer there. So to have this kind of treatment from the service dept changed my "sour thoughts" about Coleman Powersports in Woodbridge, VA. Go see Greg in service!!

Keith, at the front desk was exceptional. As a first time customer the check-in and out process was a breeze. He kept me posted on the status of the repairs to my bike. The tech did a great job and got me the bike back at the top of the week when it was expected to be ready by the end of the week. 5 star service!!

I recently purchased a 2024 Hayabusa from the Woodbridge store. Jona coordinated a test ride for me and the next day I made the purchase. Many people were involved in the buying process and they were all excellent! Everyone in the apparel and gear section of the store was just as awesome. The only improvement I'd recommend is the need to make purchases of apparel and gear at one register separate from where the store associates work from. But regardless, I would definitively recommend this store for all your motorized adventure needs!

So I wanted to wait until after my warranty was done on my 2023 RMAX2 1000. This way I could give a full-encompassing review of my experience.
Sales: I thought the ENTIRE process was very fair. My salesman, I believe his name was Jared, seemed honest and willing to answer any questions I had. The sales manager I worked with for the financing was very friendly and transparent.
Parts: Spider is the man. I have dealt with him previous to my purchase, but still gets top notch regards from me for a couple things with my new purchase. Service: Keith did a great job with my single warranty claim.
So yeah, all in, was a great experience with Coleman Power Sports and will highly recommend them and also highly consider buying from them again. Great company. It shows that they run on love, not fear.

Still can't figure out why I have to pick an item off the shelf, take it to one counter to have a ticket printed up and then another to pay for it. The counters are literally 10 ft apart!

This place just sucks. It sucks the life force out of you and makes riding a daunting task that must be done instead of a thing you get excited for. Now you dread it all because of this place. Unhelpful is by far the worst word to choose but albeit the nicest. They apparently never have anything in stock. Anything you could possibly ask for partwise will be replied to in a heart beat "no we don't have that in stock" or nope we don't have that. No help getting said part or ordering it or how long even the slightest hint of i can help get it for you tho is like a pig singing frank Sinatra. I don't know why I even bother coming here. I despise coming here so much that I learned/will continue to learn all I can so that I have no need to come back here. And I know nothing about mechanic work. Over 10 years been coming here and has never made my joy of riding any less than a daunting task and has grown. Into. A passion of hate for everything motorcycle.
