Edwin Pindea and his team did am amazing job.....If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They were very professional and efficient. He kept us informed every step of the packing process and mae sure to let us know what to expect once we got to our new place. I would highly recommended Edwin and his team to all my family and friends. I would recomend Coleman Moving to everyone. This has been the best move experience so far in my 27 years moving with my employer

I had a great experience! The movers showed up earlier than the scheduled time which was convenient because it started snowing. Everything went well as far as packing and moving. I will definitely go with this company for my next move.

Great company and very professional. The team came in and quickly moved and unpacked my belongings making the whole moving process simple and easy giving some simplicity in the stress of moving across the world. Highly recommend and commend the company on all it provides. Thank you!!

Movers were scheduled to arrive at my daughter’s between 1 and 3. They had until 5 to arrive based on the email sent to us by DPS. At 4:45 they said they were going to be 45 min late. When I called to reschedule, they had the nerve to say they have until 9 to arrive at the residence. The office closes at 5 and there is no way to contact anyone other than the driver.

DO NOT HIRE! MILITARY BEWARE..REQUEST NEW MOVERS!! I am not going to waste time on a long review. Inspector was a liar. Packers were extremely unprofessional, argumentative and have zero training how to pack. All calls to office during move went unanswered. Over $9000 in damages. Pics...dumped pantry into box. Loaded coffee table on end, broke off top. Heavy boxes on top. Crushed prepacked boxes and so much more! Garbage company, garbage employees.

I moved from Jacksonville to CT and hired Allied Van Lines/Coleman. The price was the highest of four quotes I received. The moving consultant communicated with me on when my movers would arrive and assured me she would keep in contact me with the entire move. The movers arrived on the expected day and packed all of my items into their truck. None of my items were disassembled except for my sectional couch and the frame to my mattress. I was given an expected delivery date of 11/18–11/25.I was called and told that some of my furniture did not make it on the truck that it would come on an overflow. I received a call that my items will be delivered on 11/18 but still not the other overflow items. The driver of the truck that delivered my items said that when he picked up my items in Jacksonville he had only a 600 square-foot truck and told them that all of my items would not fit they told him to take the items anyway and they would put the other items in another truck and send it after. The day some of my items arrived which was 11/18 I was told I needed to give my cashiers check in full even though I was only being delivered half of my items. I spoke with the Director on the phone and she was very argumentative told me if I did not give the check they would send my items back for storage and then I would have to pay cash to get them out. She offered me no assistance as to when my other items would arrive and one of those items was my actual bed so I had at this point no bed to sleep in.One of my dressers legs was broken, two of my desks were taken apart and there was no part box of any of the tools. The driver instructed me that even though the people that loaded the truck did not disassemble my furniture they do it at the warehouse to fit it into vaults, but they’re supposed to have a part box where they put all of the hardware Unfortunately there was no hardware box to be found. They put my desk together but was still missing four screws which I now have to go out and buy and finish putting one of the desks together. I had a ladder shelf that was taken apart there were no tools accompanied with it and out of the four shelves one was missing. Also I was missing a white night table that was not listed on the next delivery that is coming.I was contacted via email by the Director telling me that my items were loaded in Jacksonville on 11/17 and gave me a tracking number to check my own delivery offering no assistance. My delivery shows that it will arrive by 11/28 so I have no bed at my new residence until then. The boxes were crushed and in horrible condition this move was not handled with care and the original sales rep that came out to my location in Jacksonville assured me that they do not broker out the moves and that everything is handled with the upmost care. I’ve been given no information on how to be reimbursed for a missing night table, a broken dresser and a missing shelf on my ladder shelf and no hardware which I am going to need a new ladder shelf which I am going to need to be reimbursed for. This was a one bedroom apartment moved and the cost was almost $5000. I have never seen such unprofessionalism and lack of care for people’s personal belongings. I would not use this company ever again.

I was told when I signed with them that items in the dresser would not be taken out. The movers took the items out of my dresser anyways and threw them in boxes without any order and emptied the night stand when that was even smaller. Boxes were numbered but I wasn't given an itemized list of boxes to match the numbers. The list I have just tells me a one word item is the boxes like "clothes" but the box may have something else in it. I let one of the packers use my bathroom thinking he would be quick, but no, unbelievably, he made a mess and made my apartment smell bad while they were packing and I had to clean up the mess on my toilet seat when he left. Some boxes contained items that matched the label on the box, others didn't, making it hard to find crucial items. Delivery was ok, except the movers did not put my bed back together properly leaving out screws and support beams, plus they scuffed my white headboard in a few places. The beams had to be fixed after they left. They came in the evening and were rushing because the driver told me he had to deal with a personal matter. Not impressed at all, especially for what I was told and what I was paid. Very frustrating experience.

We’re a military family who moved to VA from Italy and Coleman was selected as our service provider. They delivered our pool table completely destroyed and refused to dispose of it immediately due to the claims process having to take place. After months of it just sitting destroyed in my living room I accepted a low ball offer from them. After receiving mail the offer, I asked that they please remove the table at that point and they refused to do so. Basically the offer they gave me for the pool table will go towards paying to just remove and dispose of the pool table because they wouldn’t cover it. If you’re a military family please avoid this company at all costs.

Never got past the estimate! Price almost double other estimates. Non professional and rude person came for the estimate and made made rude comments to me that were not appreciated. I felt he was trying to take advantage by estimating more weight than I actually had and asking me what my budget was for the move. Will not recommend this company EVER!
