Stopped in for a quick pair of shoes I saw online. Del was super helpful and answered all of my questions and made sure to get me into the right pair. Glad I didn’t order online and came into the store (which is rare these days).

The lady ( whatever it's name is ) has to be one of the laziest employees ever. Went in knowing what I wanted and getting an employees attention was a mission. Go here to see what you want and buy online, staff sucks and seem annoying in all facets

I’m a regular costumer at Cole Hana, but today is the first time I’ve been at this location (Potomac mills) and I bought 2 two pairs of shoes because I really like this brand, however the girl who works at this location (tall girl) she’s terrible, she’s seems she to hate that the customer comes inside the store, so the customer service is disastrous, she barely opens her mouth to answer the question or much less thank you for your purchase, I would never keep in my company an employee who seems to be being forced to be there, if the store sells well, it could be selling a LOT more if they had better customer service. The opportunity to work should be given to those who know how to work with dedication, respect and love for what they do. ✅

Kofi was my sales associates and he was very helpful. Additionally, the store was well stocked and the items are of great quality. The sales are great, especially after Christmas. I will definitely return in the future.
