I went to the store on Thursday at 2:30 pm . At the cashier was a girl was so rude, mean and racists. And after we paid she left out stuff at the desk and left without saying anything .

Worst customer service EVER! The 2 girls at the cashier show zero interest in helping anyone including myself on top of that they both have attitude problems. If I could give zero stars I would. This doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Just walked in and I was ready to buy 2 pair of shoes for my work , I just asked a question from the lady behind the cashier, she has so mean attitude that I couldn't even look at shoes , I have no idea why she was so mean , I remember that 2 or 3 years ago my wife has same issue with the same lady at this store !! She was so rude , I recommend never stop by at this store , Clark's is a great brand but not at this store

Tia the cashier is there just to make your life a little harder. She rolled her eyes and gave me a disgusted look when I first entered the store. I thought she was having a bad day, but when I came the other day to change the size of the shoe, the situation was not better than the first one.

Staff seem a little unaware of what they were selling. Maybe some more training or people that are interested in working there.

I went in for an interview for an assistant manager position. Latecia said I did great and emailed me the link to get a background check started which cleared in 3 days. I had a phone interview with the district manager who said I was confident and had a bubbly personality, and that's something they're looking for in a candidate. He definitely used language that meant I was a good fit.However, they decided to go with someone else who has more experience in an assistant manager role at a retail store. Granted I have less than two years experience as an assistant manager in a retail setting, but I had numerous experiences in a leadership role and developing people : I was a camp counselor, I volunteered at a children's ministry, I did field training at my last job. This is all LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE WHICH IS A KEY TRANSFERABLE SKILL! I've also had years of experience in customer service. But that wasnt good enough for them because apparently they are lazy to train anyone! Oh and did I mention I have my own pet sitting business? Yeah I have my own side business! I also have a bachelor's degree in public relations. Guess they don't want someone who is a well rounded high quality candidate but rather a one trick pony!!!!

If I could give zero stars for customer service, I would not hesitate to give for these two customer assistants. Clarks should be ashamed of employing them. They are very rude and have no interest in answering questions. I actually said hi to them when I enter the store, but they ignored me and they were very rude to everyone that was coming to the store I don’t know who hired these girls. Anyway, we're not coming back here ever again. So disappointing.

We were well attended to by the staff. They offer a wide variety of durable shoes. I have always loved this Shop.Clarks is a great brand!
