This is an exceptional jewelry store. Very organized and the staff were very welcoming. The goldsmith Eric was very generous and took his time to explain the type of repair I needed for my diamond cross pendant and also replaced a pave diamond on my wife’s wedding ring. The turn around was extremely fast. My pendant was ready the next day and my wife’s ring was repaired with in an hour. Both items were returned highly polished with diamonds securely fastened at no extra charge.

The team at Chrysella is amazing! Asia helped my fiancé and me design my engagement ring, and she was incredibly kind and responsive throughout the process. Andrew was also fantastic. The 3D print of the ring gave me a perfect preview, and the final piece was exactly what I envisioned. When I needed a resize, they took care of it in under an hour. Overall, it's been a wonderful experience—I’m so glad we chose Chrysella and look forward to working with them again in the future! ?

The staff was friendly and the goldsmith did an excellent job resizing my wedding ring, which is a rather complicated band with a braided pattern on it.

The store was impeccably organized, and the customer service was exceptional. The manager, Ms. Asia Antrum, offered valuable feedback on the charm sizes.
What impressed me most was her quick response to my email with the designs and the mold completion timeline. Ms. Antrum kept me updated throughout the process and even scheduled an appointment for me to review the work. When I requested an early delivery, she pushed my order, which arrived a few days ahead of schedule. The charms were crafted professionally and matched my specifications perfectly.
Ms. Antrum delivered world-class customer service, making my shopping experience truly enjoyable. I also met Andrew, the owner's son, who was equally professional. This ring was given to me by my husband after my mother made her transition in 2017. It was hard for both of us. The ring, an amethyst, symbolizes the renewal of life in the mist of great loss. When I lost one of the stones, I was heartbroken. The team at Chrysella took great care of the heirloom, and I couldn't be happier!

I had an amazing experience at this jewelry store! I walked in just 20 minutes before closing, expecting a quick visit, but the staff went above and beyond to assist me with my watch. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. Not only did they take the time to answer my questions, but they even adjusted my watch bracelet free of charge! Their customer service is top-notch, and I truly appreciated the care and attention they provided, even as the store was about to close. I will definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend!

Chrysella was the first and the only jewelry store my fiancé and I visited in person - and that’s because we didn’t need to see any other! Asia took such great care of us, helping me select the diamond of my dreams. She answered all of my fiancé’s questions, and was even able to get a wax print of the ring ready for us so that I can envision our custom design more easily. She was very instructive when it came to figuring out what type of quality diamond we wanted, and we always felt well taken care of by her.
I absolutely love my ring and cannot thank Asia and Chrysella enough for their time and care. I’m so happy we went with a local and family-owned jeweler, since now if we ever need something, we know who we can trust.
