“Excellent customer service. Went there to pickup item I had ordered online. Due to an error on my part, a couple items were sent to another location, they were able to tell me which location and provided phone # & address. They attempted to have items sent to a location of my choice however at the time, that particular store was closed. Ladies were awesome (sorry I don’t remember names)! Keep up the amazing work!”

“Good place for women's clothing, good quality and different styles, just what a woman needs can be found at jcpeney, a little more expensive but well worth it. Like blouses, dresses, pants, you can find them there in different sizes and tastes. The only detail and inconvenience is that there are not enough ATMs, only 1 or 2 if there are 5 customers, the line does not leave until after an hour to an hour and a half.”
“The children's clothing section use to be filled with cute fun clothes. We could always find a mini wardrobe.Something seems to have changed in the last two visits and months. Hardly any seasonal selections. Mostly leftover clothes sort of like an outlet mall. The clothes for grown-ups are just fine...fresh and stylish.”

“Tried on a bunch of pairs of pants, differing styles and sizes, until I found what was best. The employee helped me special order 2 pairs since I needed longer than normal store size. (40x38). Delivered quickly and fit great. Definitely a working class and durable pair of jeans. Thick enough to help stop wind while riding my motorcycle.”
