This branch is useless. If you.need anything other than the ATM, assistance is almost non existence. If you do have the opportunity to speak with a banker, they spend more time trying to upsell you. There was no need to place this branch here

Worst service I have ever experienced.It was my biggest mistake to chose Chase Bank, I tried to open a business account on Nov 01 in person, I have submitted all necessary documents but until today, which means after 15 days I could not get reply weather it’s approved or not, my account opened or not, I was calling almost everyday, their answer was WAIT and WAIT. It’s really weird and strange why they keep waiting their client and why they don’t have an answer yes or no early.

The process was really good for me. I opened my business account with ease online. I drove to the location and did my first deposit, was greeted immediately by a nice brown skin young lady. She was very professional, answered my questions and took me to the teller who then proceeded to help me. Overall experience was great, and seeing people who look like you ??✌?where you bank is also amazing .

I have mixed feelings about this location. I had a great experience at the teller line. The teller was so friendly and helpful. I was in and out quickly. My visits to the ATM have not gone so smoothly. The machine moves along very slowly. It took almost 5 minutes to make a deposit. The machine beeped at me for almost 30 seconds before the slot opened to take the deposit. And another 30 seconds to generate the receipt. I'm not sure why it's so slow.

This is the worst location and Bank. In Northern Virginia. I strongly recommend everyone to not deal with this bank the specially with the Woodbridge location. They’re unprofessional and lazy. I went there the other day to open a business account. They said their bankers are booked for the day, which was not true. I saw the bankers were setting there and playing with their phones, however, you call this location to speak to a representative. Nobody answers the phone.

The worst bank experience ever, worldwide.The rating is for the customer service presented by Justine, Estephana, & Jazmine. Those are who I dealt with, could everyone :/ Basically, they require a lot of training on the bank basic requirements to not wast customers’ valuable time.It is horrible how is one of the biggest banks of US can’t train its staff.

Useless bank branch. I’ve been to this branch on three separate occasions. One to open a 401k (they cannot do or ask you to set up at home online), two - for an atm visit after hours (impossible bc the atm is locked inside the store), three - a notary visit. 3/3 failures. What is the purpose of this bank if you cannot get any support? Terrible.

I received the best customer service from Christopher R. here. He was very patient, extremely thoughtful, and made sure that I understood my options when deciding on a business checking account. I really appreciated that.
