I was initially worried about visiting this place because of the low ratings, but my experience turned out to be great! "Zara," the staff member greeted me and my daughter warmly, making us feel very comfortable. She helped us with opening a checking account, saving options, and answering all of our questions with patience. Later, another staff member assisted me and my daughter, but I felt like she wasn't too happy with all the questions I had. The other staff members helped me and my daughter open our accounts, but unfortunately, the debit cards didn’t arrive. However, when I went back because my debit card hadn't arrived, Zara was there again and helped me thoroughly. She not only assisted with my issue but also kindly asked if my daughter had received her debit card. When she hadn't, Zara took the time to explain how she could get it. Excellent customer service!

Very unprofessional and you ask for help and they don’t even talk to you the host looks like she don’t know nothing. You feel very uncomfortable and lost like they don’t want to deal with you at all.

Not a good feeling to walk into your bank and all the staff is sitting around in their cellphones. Doesn’t feel secure especially when they are sitting in front of their computers that have customer’s personal information on there.

Jennifer was amazing! She helped me with four separate issues at the tellers window on a Friday and I couldn’t be more happy. Definitely going to use this branch anytime I need to see a person.

Attendants don’t know anything. Managers sit in their office only taking 1 appointment at a time. (There was 3 managers. Only one was on a call or attending someone)

Over the last two months of making deposits for work I have had nothing but issues from the one teller. Simple things like requesting deposit tickets was treated as if I was personally offending her. Even making the deposits she tries to find a way not to accept them. I don’t know what I’ve done to offend her as I don’t even know her but everyday I leave I’m grateful I don’t personally bank at Chase.

Absolute dumpster fire of a branch visited on 5/31 to apply for a credit card Abigail was unable to help me due to a "system error" I applied online just fine the next day. Sent my wife in to apply for a card today and after 1 1/2 hours (yes you read this right) they said that they were having system errors and couldn't help this time. Do not waste your time if you need anything from this branch that requires customer service or thinking.

The process was really good for me. I opened my business account with ease online. I drove to the location and did my first deposit, was greeted immediately by a nice brown skin young lady. She was very professional, answered my questions and took me to the teller who then proceeded to help me. Overall experience was great, and seeing people who look like you 👋🏽✌🏾where you bank is also amazing .

This branch is useless. If you.need anything other than the ATM, assistance is almost non existence. If you do have the opportunity to speak with a banker, they spend more time trying to upsell you. There was no need to place this branch here

Worst service I have ever experienced.It was my biggest mistake to chose Chase Bank, I tried to open a business account on Nov 01 in person, I have submitted all necessary documents but until today, which means after 15 days I could not get reply weather it’s approved or not, my account opened or not, I was calling almost everyday, their answer was WAIT and WAIT. It’s really weird and strange why they keep waiting their client and why they don’t have an answer yes or no early.

I have mixed feelings about this location. I had a great experience at the teller line. The teller was so friendly and helpful. I was in and out quickly. My visits to the ATM have not gone so smoothly. The machine moves along very slowly. It took almost 5 minutes to make a deposit. The machine beeped at me for almost 30 seconds before the slot opened to take the deposit. And another 30 seconds to generate the receipt. I'm not sure why it's so slow.

This is the worst location and Bank. In Northern Virginia. I strongly recommend everyone to not deal with this bank the specially with the Woodbridge location. They’re unprofessional and lazy. I went there the other day to open a business account. They said their bankers are booked for the day, which was not true. I saw the bankers were setting there and playing with their phones, however, you call this location to speak to a representative. Nobody answers the phone.
