The staff is amazing very helpful and the price was even better didnt even know the shoe was on sale until we were at the register. Overall great staff engaging with us and helped us tried multiple shoes!

Waited over an hour to speak to the cashier about a refund or trade in. After deciding to just get a refund they made me wait in line again for 40 min to do a 5 min transaction. Also with 20 people in-line nobody came to help out the cashier who obviously need help.

Poor costumer service. I was looking for a couple of pairs of Air Force one because I needed to buy 2 pairs I was told by Marvin they didn’t have the size I was looking for. Didn’t even pretended to go look for them in the back or check or even offered me a different or similar kind of shoes. I felt like the guy Marvin wasn’t happy to be there. Very bad for businesses specially in this pandemic time

I spoke to one of the employees at champs In reference to a question that I had and she seemed very rude the customer service was not very polite I’m not entirely sure what the problem was not sure is she was having a bad day or what the case might have been but she didn’t seem very genuine.

If there was a red star I would give them 5 for the staff. All teenagers are rude. Shoe was on display with 2 of the same shoe with $90 sticker in them. And when they didn’t have my size and went to go order it, they charged me $130 plus tax I was like excuse me the price there is $90 and the 2 employees went to go see it took down both price stickers and came back and said oh yah some one put the wrong price in there but they are $130. I said but you guys had the other price on there. Both employee said no they are $130 do you want to order or just leave them. I still ended up ordering the shoe at $130 but I find this unfair the fact they handle the situation poorly. They should have given me the price that was offered even if it was wrong. I hate to argue and go back and forth so I still ended up ordering. This happened about 3 years ago same scenario and I stopped going and this time again!

Giving a 5 start because the employees are Extraordinary !!!!! The manager not so much I was in there with my two children and husband and we over heard the manager I think his name is bob couldn’t real read his name badge but he was being Spiteful and very very rude to his employees

Dre is my guy ! He’s sold me at least 12 pairs or shoes in the past year ! GREAT seller ...! He actually looks and acts like he loves his job unlike MAJORITY of the employees that are just standing around doing nothing . If you ever go to Champs in potomac mills location ask for Dre , you’ll thank me later GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE PLEASE

Im Very Unhappy with this Company, How does it make sense that once You wear the Product, its unreturnable. I bought a pair of Air Trainer SC High and the toes are to small for my feet, because the bottoms were a little dirty from being wore one time, the Company cant issue me a refund.... If you cant wear them how are you suppose to know if they fit, Me trying them out in the store doesnt work, its like me saying I bought a shirt, it doesnt fit and Now I cant return Because I wore it.... Bad Business Champs.... Not everyone returns items because their mouths are to big... Ive been a Customer of Champs since a little boy and never had this Issue.... Dont Worry Im no longer a Customer... The Location is Potomac Mills Mall

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Champs at Potomac Mills. Specially team member Gabe was very rude to my child when she wanted to try different pairs. Gabe would roll his eyes etc. None of the staff greeted us or offered to help when we walked in and the store was not busy at them moment. Since my child was not sure of the color of shoes she wanted, I acquired about the return policy. I was told if they are not worn you may return within a month. When I pressed the cashier by asking, "how would we know if the fit or not if she does not wear them." She replied, "once you step outside of the store these shoes are yours and you cannot return them." We made the payment and point noted by my twelve year daughter was that the cashier did not say thank you. Will NEVER buy at Champs again, and I'll make sure my friends don't either.

Great products but awful staffs You can tell how terrible these guys treat each other behind the scene, no respect whatsoever among themselves or to customers. Went in to get a refund but had me standing there for 15 mins, they were literally pushing tasks upon other employees saying "I thought you were suppose to take care of him" One of the employees actually was walking around with a cup in his hand sipping it. He was helping me then he decides to ditch me for an attractive young lady that walked in. Clearly the manager is slacking at this place. No, I would not shop here in the future or recommend it to anyone I know
