Supremely happy about this company's professionalism and service. They made my hassle turn into hassle free. James, who performed the work, was fast respectful, and had a good attitude. Will be using them for all our windshield replacements.

It took us a very long time to do all the research on getting our car's windshield replaced. We had a bad experience with the company our insurance always suggests so we knew we were going with a more professional service this time. We watched a bunch of videos to educate ourselves on different glass manufacturers and we talked to a lot of companies. We got a few estimates from the companies we felt comfortable with and in the end we chose Champion Auto Glass. We are so happy that we did. Ian was able to answer all our questions and he and his guys were true professionals. They really know what they were doing there. 5 stars all the way!

AWESOME Champion auto glass replaced my truck's windshield , and did an excellent job. Willing to work with my circumstances, the owner and staff are professional waited an hour.They then delivered my truck to my house when they were done. and knowing I was concerned, they had it out on a rack for me to see when I brought the truck in. None of this was required...but I guarantee every car I have will go here for as long as I live here.

Go with Champion Auto Glass. For the same insurance deductible, they'll get you oem glass, mobile install, mobile calibration and real communication. They are also recommended by the service team at the Priority Toyota Springfield dealership. I made the mistake of listening to my insurance Allstate and contacted Safelite first, it was the exact opposite experience of dealing directly with Ian the owner. Everything with Champion was easy and accurate from the first contact to install.

ABOVE AND BEYOND. Champion replaced my truck's glass, and did an excellent job. But that is just the basics. Willing to work with my circumstances, the owner and staff waited an hour after close so I could pick it up from the dealership and bring it to them, and then gave me a ride home. They then delivered my truck to my house when they were done. Additionally, my glass was a special edition, and knowing I was concerned, they had it out on a rack for me to see when I brought the truck in. None of this was required...but I guarantee every car I have will go here for as long as I live here.

I had a cracked windshield that needed to be replaced before my state inspection. I was not in a hurry, but Ian was able to schedule me for the next day.
I showed up early and they were already set and ready to start working. My car is nothing fancy, a computer/work truck but they treated the car as though it was brand new. Ian answered all my questions about the hows and whys of auto glass. (Fascinating by the way. Way more technical than I thought.)
Had I not been for the questions i asked, I would have been out of there in 30 minutes. I enjoyed watching the process and the explanations.
I would and will recommend Champion Auto Glass to all my friends and acquaintances.

Ian and his crew are great. They performed a mobile windshield installation on my truck. The technician contacted me when they were 15 minutes away to coordinate the time of arrival. Then they installed the new glass and even wiped down my dash and a pillars after the repair. The price was fair for the job. Top notch work I would recommend this company to anyone needing glass repair service.

I’ve been using Champion auto glass for 15 years. It’s a family run business that prides itself on quality, integrity and customer service. My relationship with Champion started when they provided me with custom plate glass for the window restoration of a 100 year old home. Over the years they’ve done 2 custom shower in closures, 3 large custom mirrors in different applications as well as countless windshield replacements. Mike, the owner, is my go to guy for anything glass. You can’t go wrong with Champion Glass.

I called Champion Auto glass on the Friday after Thanksgiving due to water intrusion in my Honda Odyssey. The manager, Ian, answered the phone even though the business was closed for the day.He had the team out to do an at-home inspection of my vehicle and despite a couple scheduling snafus, he worked hard to ensure that expectations were met. When it turned out my issue was not glass-related, he sent me referrals to a company that could repair the issue, which was also a great company.I would definitely go back to Champion Auto Glass for any future issues and recommend this business to others in NoVa

My Ram 1500 windshield needed replacement and was covered by Geico. The default provider for Geico was Safelite, and after coming to my house, making me come to the shop, and leaving truck for two days, they denied working on it due to the truck having a camper shell on the back and slightly larger tires.Champion Auto Glass was recommended by my local Ram dealership and they had the windshield replaced and truck recalibrated in a matter of hours. Absolutely no issues due to the truck modifications. I highly recommend them.
