Rampant incompetence and lack of communication with the customer. Froze my mothers accounts without telling me (her caregiver/poa) and it took multiple phone calls involving lengthy wait times and multiple transfers to various departments before learning the reason for the freeze. At one point I was told I would receive an email from the IT department in 3 business days (never happened). This was a 3 week ordeal (still not resolved) involving the removal of her deceased husband's name from the joint account. When I requested to expedite the process so my moms rent could get paid they were unable/unwilling to do so even though her name is on the account. When I asked to speak to a manager that would be in a position to unfreeze her account so she could pay her rent they said they were unable to transfer me and that a manager would call me back. Definitely the worst customer experience I have received-and that's coming from a government worker!

Line is never long. They are friendly, efficient, and effective when it comes to my experience at this branch. I park by Cava and they make it easy when I walk in.

Don't even want to add the 1 star, worst customer service ever guy wouldn't give me his name, first time I called he hung up on me mid sentence. Gave me the wrong information about how much money I can pull out. Definitely don't want people like that in control of my money

This branch has the worst customer service...wasn't willing to help at all and it's the same teller that seems to always have an issue....definitely retraining is needed
