Majority of the staff act like it's a issue or problem assisting you for what they are paid to do. They dont even smile or are friendly. It's your job to assist with our banking and if you dont want to be a work go home or get another Job. Assisted by fariha who seem to careless of being friendly. Where did the customer service go.

Staff was so rude. Would not recommend this branch to anybody. Telling my employees to close their accounts as both owners will as well.If they come for our company with our pay rates they wouldn’t be so hateful and misinformed.

Worst bank ever I am associated with capital one from since long and never had a good experience but this time it was terrible and the only reason was I ask them favor for free to notarize my documents first they ask me to wait for 30 minutes because manager is busy in meeting while I saw her she was completely free come outside twice and went back after 30 minutes they still asking me for more wait and then they told me to go to UPS office they will do this for only 5 dollars they were free to deal with those who bring money to bank but busy for old customers who need one minute favor

Can’t wait to give 10 stars, always from good to excellent professional customers services and very fast moving. I am ordering the check books and deposit just few minutes so I have plenty time go to Wegmans. That’s why I have been with CAPITAL ONE BANK more than twenty years with. Thanks to all and thumbs up to all.

If I could give negative stars I would!Save your time by not going here!I went into inquire about applying for auto loan and was hit with, “we don’t do that here go online!”I proceed to ask about replacing my debit card as I have it misplaced, immediately replied laughing, “we don’t do that here, you have to go online or call the customer service number”.I also needed to open a savings account, which by now you probably know what is the answer I received !Very irritated about the tellers lack of motivation to provide one ounce of customer service.At this point what is the point to have a branch if you can’t offer any in person services and support ?!

The tellers are extremely rude. You ask them normal questions and they reply to you very condescending. If they’re not there to help, and assist their customers maybe they need to find another job. Also, stay away from Fariha, she’s the worst.

We drove from Fredericksburg (30 miles south) due to problems setting my wife up as a cosigner on my new checking account online (apparently, because my name is on her cell phone account and they're using that to verify identity, which is ridiculous.) We had been given the runaround by customer service via phone for several weeks on this and other issues -- we were told that it would be correctly dealt with in a couple of days. 2 weeks later, it still wasn't so we decided to go to the branch with proof of identity in hand. We were told that they couldn't actually do anything at the branch -- that all they could do was help us talk to their call center (which from the accents are all in south Asia.) This was not the first problem. We also had problems getting my debit card for the account, which we need for a trip and we're leaving quite soon.The teller couldn't help us, and was completely unconcerned at any issues we might have. I asked for a manager and THERE IS NOT A MANAGER AT THIS BRANCH.I had finally heard enough to know that there's no way I would trust these clowns with my money. We went to the PNC down the street and experienced NONE of these issues. Suggest you do likewise.

Well it's alright, it remains me the decent time in the bank that is brilliant. What the do is confidence to guide customers, guest, participants, volunteers, visitors, temporary owners, others, even the rest admit the best financial possibilities for their personal convenience, business events, company enrollments, opportunities, global vacations, professional Journey, goal Settings, rich lifestyle, wealth population management, Financial Independence, Credit Card Caculation Results, Auto Insurance, Auto Dealership, Auto Credit Events, Auto Prize for credit score, Daily Basics of serious Improvement, settlement for payback in financial market. Yes, they really do. The staffs are helpful on assists you, him, her, them, people, what they must do in order to create better ways to increase the quality of resource to benefit financial goals. Do they usually assists for guidelines? They do. [Main Notice of Consideration] The in person customer service is no longer acceptable for assists, debt management, credit management, reload money in deposit accounts, cred mobilize support, and payment transaction. Why is that has to happen ? Good question. It because not only the business exchangement to turn this into a unusual imagination of possibilities but a company's decision to transfer it to online process. It their new organization of policy not the branches, however that has nothing to do with you, customers, others, friends, relatives, business people, or financial institutions, it's the representatives choice to chanxe it into a online process of managing financial banking subject. I know it's sounds unavoidable, unpredictable, unfamiliar, and imperfect for most of you including the beginners, folks that have done Capital Ine for very long time. Which is why some of you rather do this in person than in what website. It's the company's choice to change it. Unless if this is not the best place for financial management or productive solutions, take it to a different bank in transfer somewhere else where they can do this in person.

I am a member of Capital One for money years but this place in Woodbridge they have the worst customer service they don’t want to help at all I’m driving to a Springfield Virginia or Alexandria they are the best they help you for everything I try to apply for a car loan here they say you have to do everything yourself online we cannot help you out for my checking account they say call the customer service we can I help you they don’t want to do anything here and I don’t know why this branch is still open

The tellers are not that friendly and they look at you like you shouldn't be there and I feel as if they really don't want to know their customers I go rt much and it's seems to me as if I'm the new person every time when you are seeing the same tellers every time you go.
