Employees/manager were pretty rude and combative, even as we at the till to buy clothes. They didn't seem interested in helping and we almost ended up walking out.

A manager fought a woman this afternoon, severely unprofessional. Two of use by register bless the girl who checked us out I felt so bad…. Otherwise good staff need new PROFESSIONAL managers.

I had a great shopping experience at the Calvin Klein store in Potomac Mills. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the visit enjoyable. The store was well organized. They also had some good sales. If you're in the area and looking to update your wardrobe with some fashionsble pieces, I highly recommend stopping by.

Frankie has been great help to us in finding things and sizes we want. She remain in a joyfully good mood despite she was running around the store assisting all the customer on a busy day since it was only her and one another staff at the cashier counter.

The Store manager Frankie Saved me a lot of money. And she also saw that I was not receiving any of my reward loyalty points and cash offers. She fixed everything on the spot and was real patient. I loved her spirit and her professionalism and I'll come back anytime. Thank you for everything.

Made return with a recipet and bag and tags and never wore the shirt. It fit wrong and was very pricy. Girl at counter was a A hole and acted like I stole it or something. Was super weird. Hated shopping here and won't again

They no longer carry blouses, dress pants, and skirts, and dresses. Used to shop there all the time. Disappointed in the change of merchandise.

rude3 people in store and one lady with an afro was extra rude. nobody helped me and then they were surprised that i tried so many items if someone help me find the right size this would have not happen.I was extremely happy not to buy anything.
