I usually find what I'm looking for in here. Today it was bath mats and "prizes" for my grandkids milkshake competition. I usually find stuff I don't need, too. I like that they are open early so I can run in before the mall opens so it's not busy.

I'm giving this place 0 stars - it's absolutely the worst! The atmosphere is trashy, the lines are huge, and the employees move at a glacial pace. The guy at the entrance barrier stops you before letting you in, making it feel like a crime scene. To top it off, he barely speaks any English, so it's impossible to understand what's going on. Avoid this place at all costs!

A great place for your clothing needs. Prices are comparable to other similar stores. The staff are polite and professional. They are following respiratory hygiene guidelines. Recommended.

I barely come here but must say they have Great price! BUT, on Friday night store closed at midnight but the fitting room closed at 9pm??? That didn’t made any sense to me.
I understand the dressing room need to close earlier, but at least until 10 or 10:30? I spent a hour to shop and ended wasted my whole hour time. There were several customers tried to use fitting room after me too. We ended to try some clothes outside of fitting room. I am not a fan of returning things so most of the clothes and pants we had to give up.
Not to mention the check out line was long too. I will stick with my kohl’s and JCPenny.

Messy, a bit rundown and dirty. It feels like most of the items are older and there is no makeup section at all. Somewhat of a let down for such a large location

I love this store but I have stopped going because of the long lines. Not to mention the bad mood of some workers, especially the cashiers. But I understand them, it is an abuse to put them to work with few staff, I really perceive their stress. I hope this store considers its workers more.

This has to be the most unorganised Burlington I’ve been to. The inventory is far from categorised and displayed correctly. Makes it incredibly difficult to find anything in your size conveniently.
