The cashier who was a hispanic chubby lady accused me of wearing the heels I was returning. She said the company would have to trash them because they looked worn on the bottom. My mother picked up the same shoe in the front window display and the bottom was the exact same. Burlington shoes needs to teach their employees better customer service and how to treat people. Won’t be spending my money here anymore.

When I tell you this is the most interesting shoe store I've been in to date, it is. First and foremost you will need the assistance from one of the associates in the store, whether you want it or not. Let's just hope the store is not crowded so your assistance is timely. In search of a pair of shoes for a homecoming dress, the happen to have a pair that matched the dress perfectly. However, when it comes time to try the shoes on, prepare yourself because all the boxes only have one, I repeat one, yes only one shoe in the box. Mind blown after opening box after box and seeing that this was really happening....... You have to ask an associate to get the mate of the shoe for you. So if you want to try on more than one pair, my suggestion is to ask for them all at once. I can only think that this is to deter theft but at the sane time it's a huge inconvenience when you can go to other shoe stores within the same mall and have a less painful experience. Not to say they will have the shoes you want but the experience itself would be an upgrade. The associates in the store were very nice and super helpful and obviously used to this process. With all the requests for the mates to shoes from the customers in the store, everyone still maintained a smile on their face. I can safely say that this trip was eye opening because this was a first. I cannot say that I'll be rushing back though. Prices were reasonable and selection vast yet I prefer a more seamless shoe shopping experience.

Poor customer service and only one person working. You have to wait to for someone to get your left shoe from the back, and the girl working was helping people who were behind me, first!!! Good prices, but awful service.
