Recently purchased a 2024 Buick Encore from this dealership. Daja Brodie was super helpful, very friendly and played a big part in me deciding to get a new car today! Daja, Jason and Tony were all amazing. Highly recommended talking to all 3 when you stop by... however, be prepared to be harassed by the finance team when it comes to getting an extended warranty. I told them repeatedly for at least 45 minutes that I did not want an extended warranty but they refused to acknowledge my request and tried to force me to get an an additional extended warranty. Dealing with them was a VERY negative experience on what otherwise a great day. They were very unprofessional and became downright rude after I declined an extended warranty. Very disappointing treatment and behavior towards someone who just made a major purchase... The salespeople, parts and service members WERE ALL great and very helpful. I have nothing positive to say about the finance department and I hope that this type of treatment and behavior is addressed so that no one else has to experience anything like that in the future... I recently found out that due to my honesty and transparency during my customer review, that the sales team was penalized and not rewarded a bonus. That was not my intention and I can not speak highly enough about the sales representatives and the parts team, they were all outstanding! Nothing can be done to change or rectify the experience I had but I hope the sales team can be rightfully rewarded for the amazing job and service they provided in helping me select my vehicle. It's not fair nor beneficial to withhold their earned bonus as a result of a honest negative review, where the negative rating and experience (as described in the review) was based solely on the finance department. 5 STARS for the Sales and Parts members.

My purchase experiences was great! The Koons Team was professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. Making the purchase experience even better was how fair/generous my trade-in value was, and how they got me a great finance rate. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process from beginning to end. I bought a car from Saraj and he was exceptional. He made it very easy by contacting me frequently, giving me updates and information on the car before I even came in. When I did come in he was very polite, quick and efficient and very friendly and easy to work with. Not to mention the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend anyone to come to this dealership and work with him if they’re purchasing a car.

Big thank you to Meraj and Tony at Koons Woodbridge Buick GMC for helping us find the vehicle we were looking for, very happy with our 2023 Sierra SLT. Also appreciated their help in resolving a couple unexpected issues that were outside their control, but they took care of it anyway. Would buy from them again, definitely recommend.

Meraj was my sales person and Jason was my finance person. They were great! Valued my time. Communication was amazing. No sales tactics, just honest straight forward answers on what I should expect. I was in and out. Would highly recommend and will buy again on my next vehicle!

My in laws want to buy a new car, they’re very special and I can tell that this is the first time that they enjoy the experience of buying a car, they had an amazing experience starting with their salesmen Ndifon aka NDO, he went above and beyond our expectations, he listened, he took the time to explain everything, and he was very patient. Everybody at the dealership greeted my father in law and thanked him for the service in the military, he was very happy about it. Just want to say thank you, we had a great time and most importantly they made my in laws happy.

The sales person (Angel), sales manager (Tony) and the finance person were all very nice and not pushy so that I felt comfortable through out the buying process. They let me make sure my dog crates would fit in the car and the test drive process was easy. Tony actually recommended the car to me that I ended up buying after I explained why the first model I drove wasn’t what I was hoping for. James sat in the car with me after my purchase was complete to explain a lot of the functions. It was one of the best buying experiences I’ve had. My only ‘complaint’ is that they were very busy so the process took several hours. But I wasn’t locked in a small room and they stopped by frequently to make sure I didn’t need anything. Very positive from beginning to end.

Worst experience, smacks of bait and switch, 1st truck they dragged there feet on was magically sold an hour after I was approved for financing, then I was offered other trucks that I did not want. So they sent to make it right by family and almost identical truck in one of their lots so I immediately placed a deposit on the vehicle. Days later, I was informed that they couldn't get the truck, they never had the truck, and they started offering me other trucks. So I placed a deposit on a truck. That they never had to begin with now they're giving me a hard time getting my deposit back tells me it takes 7 to 10 days ......buyer beware.... I think the customer service representative was the worst and the rudest person I've ever spoken to. Very Sketchy operation

I bought a used Ram 1500 here back in may. I was told the car was in great condition (guaranteed 128 point inspection) but I bought the extended warranty anyways. Thankfully I did because not even a week later the fuel pump went out. The sales manager tried to get me to pay the deductible myself even though it had not been 7 days since I bought the truck. His excuse, and I quote, “If we did that for every customer we would be broke”. That was a massive red flag, how many of your customers is this happening to? So I eventually got in contact with his boss and thankfully his boss was willing to pay the deductible for the pump. Well it took about 5 days of work for them to fix it. Not even one day after I get it back my check engine light is back on, the fuel gauge is reading full even after driving 150 miles. I live in Arlington, I bought this truck at zero discount, even knowing that things like the back headrests would need to be replaced and the center console needed fixing. I thought they would have some respect for that fact but I guess I’m just from a small town where that matters but not to Koon’s Woodbridge. I cannot recommend you buy a used car here. So I wrote this as I am having to travel back from Arlington to Woodbridge for the second time because they installed the pump improperly.

DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.I wish there was negative stars.After opening the flash drive - Documents they give me, I opened it, there were $3000 extra service contract which the KOONS guys put in my file. I NEVER EVER talked about it, but they just put in my file.They're super smart to steal your money.Don't buy your car from this dealership. I waited for hours in their lobby and nobody attended me to solve the issues they created for me.

Service is the best !!We started out on the phone with Thomas sales manager and then he turned us on to JC when we went into the dealership and he is the best sales person I ever met and spoke to he explained everything in detail. The price and mileage was better than other places we went to.The only thing I did not like was the fact that we told them that we were financing through our bank but they still insisted that we do a credit check for them to do the financing. Apart from that I give them five stars.Love my Honda
