Just would say it was a pleasure to have Angel as a salesman he made my daughter and myself feel very much welcomed and just the overall experience of him showing us around and explaining to us about the car we purchased truly enjoyed him as our salesman and appreciate Angel for a great work of taking his time to help with all my questions

I had a wonderful experience with Nader Hassan - he had the vehicle waiting out front when I arrived and within minutes we were taking it for a test drive. He was thorough in explaining the buying process and I got a great deal. Thanks again Nader!!

I had the worst experience with Koons Woodbridge Buick GMC. I purchased a 2023 Toyota Highlander XLE on July 31, 2024. I paid $11,000 with a certified check, $26,456.36 with a Truist loan, and $15.55 with my debit card. The car had approximately 34,417 miles on it.
On Friday night, August 2, the car's air conditioning failed. I reported it to Koons and Toyota Fitzgerald's Gaithersburg on Monday, August 5. Koons checked it out the same day but could not find or fix the problem, they recommend taking it to an authorized Toyota dealer. I then took the car to Toyota on August 5 and was charged $440 for the check-up only. On August 7, Toyota determined that the car had been previously crashed, was not in complete parts, and would not be covered under warranty.
Koons agreed to repair it and then offered to refund my money. On August 8th I returned the car and signed a document assuring me that I would receive my money and the bank's money within 7-10 days. It's been over 20 days now and I still haven't received my refund, I call them for updates and they just send me from one department to another and leave me on hold or to call me back later, which never happens.
Also, this place does not treat the Hispanic community properly, they think that since you don't understand English, they can do whatever they want. They have no sense of good customer service, and in these cases it helps to use legal services to get immediate attention. Unfortunately, the people who work there do not respect or value customers. If you can, find a car dealership with a better reputation and get away from them as soon as possible.

I really appreciate and need the pick up and drop off service. It is one of the primary reasons I use your dealership for servicing. I also trust the service advisors to give me accurate information about my vehicle and the diagnosis. Dan, Diana and now Matt are my reason for coming back. Thank you.

THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP!!!! They shouldn't even be allowed to sell bubble gum! I went there to buy a car for my wife. I test drove the car, my wife submitted all of her personal information and was approved for a loan with zero down. It was getting late in the evening, around 8:00PM, and my salesman wanted to go home. He said he would finish everything up in the morning and we could come back and sign all the documents and drive the car home. The finance manager was also tied up with another customer and I didn't want to wait another hour so I agreed to come back the next day. The following day I had not heard from my salesman by noon. I called him and he said he was getting all the papers together and asked what time we were coming in. We agreed we would come in after my wife finished work around 7:00 PM. An hour later, the salesman, Angel, texted me to let me know his GM, Dave Perez, had sold the car to someone else. I have bought many cars over the years and have never run into a situation where I've had my time wasted like this. The funny thing is I was prepared to buy a new truck for myself since they were a GMC dealer. I had just sold my Silverado 2500 and was looking to replace it with a 2500 GMC Denali. I would have gladly bought it from them had my experience been positive. Obviously, I'll be buying my truck elsewhere. Don't waste your time with these clowns.

Hate to do this but I am absolutely infuriated.I bought a used Ford Lightning at this dealership on July 5th coming from NYC.It is August 26th today and I still do not have my plates. They lost my downpayment check for $10,000 which I had to resend because of which I lost a better finance rate at another bank that I had locked in at.Been calling them since Saturday to at least send me the third temp plates and still no luck. This is my only vehicle for commute to work.
Update: Got a call that they have my plates and are sending it via FedEx. Keeping fingers crossed.
Update August 27th: These again are temp tags that I got. Called the DMV and apparently there was no paper work submitted for the VIN number of my vehicle. WHAT IS GOING ON???
