Bad customer service at this location! Woman at the desk clearly hates her life and her job and pushes that onto the customers. I just came in for a quick exchange and she gave me so attitude. As a paying customer, I expect at least some basic decency.

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST. If you need to visit Brooks Brothers, there are other locations in Northern Virginia. You pay $200+ to feel extremely disrespected. It’s just not worth the cost. This staff lady has a big issue with her very unprofessional and judgmental attitude.

My sister, mom and I came into the store just to browse and everything was going fine until we checked out. There was a couple who had checked out before us and Vernelle, who was the salesperson there met them with respect and kindness. She handed them their bag over the counter and they were off. I don't want to assume it was because they were white but that's what it looked like because as soon as we walked up her attitude drastically changed. She had a demeaning tone and as she was bagging our item she tossed the bag on the counter and pushed it over without handing it to us. It is 2023 and I would hope the staff at your store aren't treating others differently because of their race. Do better.

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and efficient while helping my husband pick out a suit. He helped us pick out some coordinating shirts and a tie to pull the looks together. He was very friendly and answered all our questions. We didn’t feel rushed. I would recommend this store, and Michael specifically, if you’re looking for quality service and clothing. We will be back!

Worst customer service ever. Absolutely 0 stars. The supervisor over there on Saturday evening was extremely rude to me. She was continously interrupting me in a very rude and taunting manner while the salesperson was trying to help me find the shirt which I wanted. The supervisor was probably having a bad day herself and taking it all out on the customers. When I told her not to interrupt me, she told me that she won't let me buy the shirt anymore. I told her that I was going to buy the shirt anyway because that is my right as a customer, and then she told me to get out of the store or else she would call the police on me. The corporate office should definitely take a strict action against this person's abnormal and unprofessional behavior.She is a loss for the business. I always spend about a 1000 dollars everytime I go to this store. I've been a long time regular customer at this outlet of Brooke's brother, but I am never going back because of this horrible and disrespectful experience.

Cyndy's Bottom Line: Excellent service from Vernelle. We stopped in specifically for a winter coat and dress shirts. We were rummaging through the shelves and tables for dress shirts in the right size. None to be found. I asked a sales associate where the shirt size would be and she pointed to a small area. We checked each bin for shirts and again no size to be found. Like magic we were greeted by Vernelle G. and she inquired if we needed assistance in finding a size and that she would be able to check the back stock too. Wonderful! Vernelle is a sales professional and very helpful. There were no available size in the stock room but at least she checked. Vernelle was unstoppable and checked everywhere on the floor to find the right style and size we were looking for. Luckily the dress shirts were found. We really appreciated her assistance which made for a great shopping experience. Vernelle is not your ordinary SA she is the store manager. Thank you very much Vernelle!

I went there 2 weeks ago to get a skirt suit for my residency interviews. I am a size 12 and the suit I chose had a size 14. It was fit but a lil loose. The next day I was able to find another size 12 suit at a different store. After a week I went to go return the suit cuz I NEVER WORE it. The lady there was so rude and said the suit looks wrinkled and we can’t accept it. I said well can you atleast exchange the size for me, she just said Sorry. No smile, no true apology, just a fake SORRy, and an Exaggerated irritated look.

Michael was very helpful and I was looking for French cuff (double cuff) dress shirts. He took the time to check stock in the back. Also good deal at 50% off when buying four shirts.
