Mon and Melissa helped me after Christmas. They even helped me regarding other good sales in the area like clothing . They recommended White House Black Market cause they were having a great sale on jeans, leggings, Jean jackets, and more. Brighton has always had quality items at a reasonable price.

I drove all the way from Fredericksburg, VA(an hour drive in traffic) to visit this location on a Monday. I am considered a VIP plus member because I purchase often from Brighton. When I arrived at the store there was a notice on the door that they were closed for the day, yet on their webpage the store says open for regular business hours. I called the store and an associate answered and stated they were closed for inventory(apparently corporate was supposed to notify customers about this particular closing from what the associate told me), but I NEVER received any type of notification. Ridiculous! Needless to say, I won’t be back, nor will I purchase again from Brighton.

I love this store. The women who work here are always warm and welcoming. Beth helped me on this trip and was GREAT! I will be back for their annual sale in June.

Love this store!! Jewelry and accessories are beautiful. I get so many compliments on all my Brighton jewelry. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is orderly and easy to find jewelry pieces from catalogs or email. And they often offer bottle water and sometimes sweets. Customer service is definitely a focus here.
