The carwash Machine charged me twice. Spoke with the cashier, they made me back 3 times and refused to give me a refund or another carwash.

I purchased a car wash and it didn't print the receipt. I need the receipt since it's a company credit card and company vehicle. The owner failed to be able to print me a receipt, which now cost me the money. This is not the American way, it time to raise your standards. Wake up and smell the first world. Be better. Do better. Don't keep living with third world standards.

This place always has paper towels, trash cans are well kept and I never have to go inside for a receipt. What more do you need. It's always kept clean. I prefer this gas station even though I have to u turn to go home. I go out of my way to go here instead of some others who pay less attention to the basics. **Edit they no longer stock paper towels. Haven't seen any in months. Plus they don't have tap to pay

Pumps don't work. Owner refused to put out of order signs, said if you hold it just right it works, but they shut off after a couple of seconds. Then the car wash stopped after putting soap on my car. Owner would not give refund. Unsure of why this place is open!

As of 10/26/21 they do not have power so nothing works. The only sign is on the door to the store.

The afternoon clerk just wants to take smoke breaks and I can never use my Harris Teeter gas points because he never knows what he is doing and says he has to restart the machine. No help at all.

Thumbs way down for this place. I live down the street and they have now officially lost me as a customer. These things happened during the last few visits: 1. The pump takes at least twice as long as other gas stations. Plan to spend almost 10 minutes if you are filling up from empty for 16 gallons or more. 2. Minimal lights were on at 11pm a few days ago. 3. The auto stop at the pump I used today did not work, and I end up with an overfill and smelly pants and shoes. 4. Did I say the pump takes forever? Go elsewhere.

I'd been using this petro station for years. I happened to take notice when this one particular employee was on duty, I'd have to go inside to pay for the petroleum. The few times I had to go inside he was on duty, not the cool mature employee with the glasses and George Jefferson haircut. I had selected no for using debit, but I still had to go inside. On my last visit when this took place, again I went inside and when I went inside there was a male & a female both professional looking African Americans, I stood in line and waited my turn. They both purchased petro. When I approached the counter, I said my salutations and asked why was the purchase machine at the pump not working correctly. He responded with a smile and said I don't know it must be the weather...I was like umm it's sunny outside. He continues to reply he doesn't know. I then made an attempt to use my reward card, he advised that the card doesn't work inside. This whole interaction made no sense! I pay and walk back to my vehicle to pump my gas. While I'm pumping gas, I observed three Caucasians pull up to the pumps pay with no issues, get gas and roll out. After I finished pumping my petro, I sit in my car on the side by the air for your tire machine and watch four more Caucasians come to the station pay, pump & go!!! I drive on to the other side of the station as I clocked an elderly African American male drive in...why he had to go inside and pay as well??? I'm not sure what's going on BP, but I ain't feelin the SHADE and you won't get another dime of my coins!!!!!!

Not worth the hassle. One time, I was charged for gas twice...once for the I did pump and once again for what I assume was the next customer at that pump. I had to call the credit card company to dispute the second charge. Another time, I stopped after hours and paid for a car wash. The receipt did not print and the shop was closed. I came back the next day to complain and the attendant could not find a record. To his credit, he gave me a code for the car wash. As another person pointed out, the vacuum area is a mess. There's a huge pothole. Last time, one of the two vacuums was out of service. I like the car wash because it's one of the few touchless washes in my immediate area. But I'm thinking it's no longer worth the hassle.

Don't go to this place for car wash. My car got damaged in the back because of one the car wash arms. When I went back to the store to ask for the insurance, staff was rude and kept saying they didn't have the information and owner wasn't there. My husband and I were able to talk to the manager and the guy was so rude and said the damage wasn't caused by the car wash even thought we have 2 witnesses that were behind us and were not able to get their car washed. I wouldn't recommend this place at all! Now we have a damaged car and a dirty car because obviously the cycle didn't finish n we didn't get our money back.
