“UAB does great body work. First I had a piece of trim on the front drivers side panel of my ‘03 Infiniti G35 Coupe popped loose. I brought it to UAB, they took look at it and fixed it on the spot in about 10 minutes and sent me on my way. I came back about month later and had them repair a crack in my front bumper. “Last year I had some work done at Collision Pro after a hit and run and they did a great job. I recently went back to them for an estimate on a paint job as I have some rust developing. Instead of just taking my money they advised me not to bother repainting as it would be many years before the rust became an issue (beyond anything cosmetic). Basically they saved me thousands of dollars and weeks of having my car in the shop for unnecessary work, and I appreciate their transparency!”

“I’ve had to work with them twice this year alone (sadly) and the customer service is bomb. They have a waiting room where you can chill out before they come to get pictures for an estimate but I’ve never even had to wait long.
Both times the damage to my vehicles was not my fault so in full transparency I can’t comment on pricing (i.e., fair, high, affordable, etc.) but I can tell you they work on your behalf when dealing with insurance. One con is that parking is extremely tight, but I always manage to find a spot.”
