I had an older recliner that was purchased from Bob’s and a part broke. I went to the store and the store manager was extremely helpful with the Bob’s service department. The service department, Brittany assisted me and was able to locate a replacement part. I could not be happier, especially since the recliner was a bit older and I did not expect to be able find a part. Really good post sales support is rare, but Bob’s does it right. Thanks Bob’s.

The furniture is nice and it’s affordable which is good service is good too only reason I’m giving a one star is the goof proof package is horrible (furniture insurance) basically when you first get it it sounds all nice and everything but if you exceed your manufacturer warranty it won’t cover anything afterwards UNLESS you say it’s an accident normal wear and tear isn’t covered at all you file claims and basically they give ANY reason NOT to cover it basically REALLY THINK about adding the coverage or else you’ll end it with broken furniture and you’ll have to pay for the repair after paying ALOT for the coverage.

My husband and I made a purchase at Bob's Furniture store at Potomac Mills Rd in Woodbridge, VA yesterday. We want to acknowledge a couple of sales people. Their names are, Liaquat Ali and Josh. They both have excellent customer service skills. From the moment we entered the store they greeted us with smiles on their faces and a "Hello".It was our pleasure to purchase our furniture from Bob's.Tyrone & Sylvia Webster
