The Lady who attend us was tea nice and willing to help… sadly seems like she just want her commission because after we did the purchase she didn’t even talk to us about delivery or other issues… she didn’t even want to talk to us when we had a issue with the delivery… not offer any advice or time to fix the problem!!! And we have to be 2’weeks sleeping on the floor…. Sad very sad and the furniture are good ones . …

Good selection. Not inexpensive but reasonable. Low pressure salesmen. Went in there for a replacement soda we previously bought that after 10 years is on the last legs.

We’ve found this store by coincidence upon our move to VA. The style was better than we expected. We were left alone to browse and no one bothered or followed us everywhere. Once we were done we asked Masood and he was very helpful and informative. Two days later after we made our decision, we went back to the store and ensured that we find Masood who helped us before. he was very attentive & guided us through the entire order and finance process (12 months/0%). The prices are reasonable. I’m sure, we’ll ancounter the same store again along the way. Great experience.

Brother, Henry talked to Joe Burgess and he was very professional and helpful in making a purchase of the 9 piece kitchen table set for our mother. We purchased over the phone which made it easy since mom was not able to go to the store and have no internet service to purchase from the computer. Must have been a glitch in the computer at first but next day was able to purchase the 9 piece set. Thank you for your help.

Bobs furniture is terrible. When we purchased our dining table the rep sold us on the warranty and everything that it covered. Our chairs are broken and the warranty won't cover it. They lie to get you to purchase the 5 year warranty. Our dining table is fairly new to already be broken and now we need to purchase a new one since our claim keeps getting denied by guardian. I will never shop here again. Bob's furniture is a scam. Waste of anyones money.
