Yesterday I bought beef around 6 & half pound from this store for the first Ramadan of 2024 & unfortunately it’s was bad and my wife found it when she was cooking so today I went his store and bought a hilsa fish and then I talked to the store owner ( Monsoor) that the beef was smiley and couldn’t eat it but I don’t asked any refund or exchange for it but the owner behavior was very very rude to me because why I said the smiley & at one point I decided to pay not to argue with him anymore so I just paid for my stuff and let the store. Please guys check the stuff before buying from this store and also Very bad customer service.

I called the store to ask for dry ice and got what I thought disconnected. So I tried again, this time the same man suddenly yelled at me, called me stupid, and said some other stuff I didn't understand & hung up on me. I wouldn't spend a penny there! Even IF it was the ONLY grocery store for 100 miles. It was insane! I would give 0 stars if I could.

The butcher seems to not care about given instructions. You tell them you want a certain cut and you reiterate it to make sure they understood you, yet they cut however they choose. This time the butcher thought it was okay to come straight to cutting meat ordered after using the bathroom and without putting gloves on. This was the last straw. It’s as if they don’t care about customer service or following health protocols. Very disappointing.

EXTREMELY rude owner and employees. My mom has been coming here for almost 20 years, and they haven't been this rude to us these past years. Yesterday we came here to buy chicken, and the owner and an employee shouted at us, telling us that the store is closed when they don’t even close until 20 minutes. We came back the next day and bought the chicken and confronted the owner about how rude they were yesterday , the owner got very mad and wouldn't help my mom carry the bags to her car, and she was pregnant, but he didn't even care. When we were going to ask the employee that is really nice to us and always helps us the owner told him not to help us. She had to ask a customer to help her instead. You guys don’t even deserve one star, this is the last time we will EVER come back here. This is ridiculous.
