I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the delivery service I received for a $3500 refrigerator purchased from Best Buy.
The delivery team showed a lack of patience and professionalism. They were unwilling to wait for just 5 minutes while I arranged for someone to assist with the water connection. Despite my quick efforts to call my cousin, who lives only 5 minutes away, the customer service representative instructed the delivery personnel to leave and return later. This decision, combined with their rude behavior, was both frustrating and completely unacceptable.
The way this situation was handled felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. I had expected much better service from Best Buy, and this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. The entire interaction felt far below the standard of customer service I anticipated from your company.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the issues with your delivery team and customer service representatives to ensure that no other customers have to endure such a frustrating experience.

Worst branch ever in customer service. Their trade-in value is extremely low. I bought an Xbox X for $530, and after two weeks, they offered me $140 as a trade-in value. Will never buy anything from them again they should be called "Worst Buy". I just wanted to update my review, I got a reply from their customer "NO" service to contact them through their social media to thoroughly review my complaint. I had no reply, which is not acceptable, but it is expected from " Worst Buy"

Horrible experience. Whomever helped me was clearly in a horrible mood and didn’t do anything to try and aid in a return. Bought a charger, asked for help getting the correct one, ended up being the incorrect one. Tried to return and because it was opened they refused the return. Aside from that whoever helped me was really rude.

Good Thai Food, affordable, with some traditional options like whole fried fish. I come to get Tom Yum Gai, Crispy Tofu and Sticky Mango Rice. Hole in the wall feel. Perfect office lunch.

Ordered a dishwasher from the Best Buy website. For whatever reason, I had to order a "free" adapter and pick it up from Potomac Mills before I could even schedule the delivery from the Fredericksburg store, so I did. Was told by the manager that they couldn't release the part/adapter. This, after driving 30 miles. They couldn't call the Fredericksburg store to work something out. They couldn't call customer support to work something out. My only option was to cancel the order (while Best Buy held my funds) and re-order it at the store, OR, I have to figure out the screw up in their online ordering system on my own. It turns out, it seems there are other places that sell $1200 dishwashers. No wonder the store in Stafford, VA closed.

No one's has any idea what there job is. Bought a TV with no power cord of course they sold me the wrong one. It's all good I will go to Amazon Best Buy want be around long!!!!

Great customer service by all team members! I especially appreciate the young man who is the Dell rep there, that assisted me with my purchase of a new laptop. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient going over all the different specs for several models to ensure I made the best decision for my needs. Additionally, Marvin was very friendly and helpful. He is very attentive to the customer’s needs and explaining benefits of their technology packages offered. He went above and beyond with providing exceptional customer service. Thank you all very much!
