Shoppers BEWARE!! Horrible customer service. They take your money, and when the wrong merchandise arrives at your house, they WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY.

Bering always does an excellent job with our watches and getting our batteries replaced and adjusting the wristbands. Sohaila at Potomac Mills is always extremely friendly and so helpful and she provides great customer service. She always goes above and beyond helping us!
