why do your employees feel the need to be rude to customers who are coming to use the bank's services the older lady in today at 9:24am in the middle window with glasses on and a red sweater and a hair in a bun was very rude this is a routine for me to come cash my paycheck at this branch and never had i had someone be more sarcastic and unfriendly, i mean tbh shed probably be the most rude person ive encountered here, safe to say ive lost all motivation to open an account with yall.

ATM usage is some trash!!! It never takes my bills they need to update that damn machine I always have problems with it. It’s is only useful to withdraw not deposite. Normally I rather just travel to the machine on Route 1!!!!!

20-30min wait every time I come here. For some reason they always have a minimum of 4 employees in the store but only one teller regardless of how long the line is. Ridiculous

It’s always a problem when I deposit cash through the drive thru, I feel like I always have to keep my receipts because they either don’t put it in my account or it magically disappears overnight and then they have the nerve to overdraft me. Constant issues with little no reassurance it will happen again. I have been a member since 2018 and I will be leaving soon. No one should have to worry about not having access to their own hard earned money.

I literally have been going there for a year to get change for my small business down the street to get denied by one of the tellers Jean today was a total inconvenience. If I wasn’t allowed to get change at your bank that expectation should have been set from day one. Highly disappointed in my service Jean will not have to worry about me being a customer anymore.

I was sitting and waiting for a banker for more than 30 minutes, as a business client I can't afford this wait, specially at the beginning of tax season. Before I left bank, I check where is small business advisor - the lady was just seating at her office and didn't even check with me!

Worst customer service that could be served to the community. Everyone told me they were the worst never did I agree until now. The bank made an error and tried to blame me for it when the proof showed it was their fault. CLAIR VALLE **hung up** on me and **screamed me**. CLAIRA VALLE needs customer service training she's extremely rude. She's not your everyday teller she makes sure you get disrespected and yelled at. This young lady definitely needs to be fired or at least suspended. Closing my account because clearly this bank is not working as it should.
