Truist is a busy location where customers can expect very helpful and polite employees who provide impeccable and exceptional customer service. The process is thorough but does not take very long. Services are being temporarily adjusted to help maintain health and safety, which includes drive-thru teller services, in-person visits by appointment only, and enhanced sanitization measures. Some team members are noted for going above and beyond to assist with opening accounts and other needs in a timely fashion.
This location stays busy so expect to spend a few minutes there. All employees are very helpful however Farzana went above and beyond to help me open my account. Very polite, thorough, and the process didn’t take very long overall (I was able to set everything up during my lunch break).

I recently opened a savings account with Truist at this location. The branch leader, G. Arthur, was very professional and assisted my needs in a timely fashion. The customer service was impeccable.

ATM usage is 50/50. Sometimes completely down for several hours or can use some functions EXCEPT WITHDRAWALS:(
