I recently had the pleasure of working with Kara and Courtney to get my screen replaced. Assuriant was difficult, but Kara was instrumental in making it happen, demonstrating exceptional dedication and efficiency throughout the process. She helped me reschedule my appointment, kept me informed every step of the way, and ensured that everything was handled promptly. Courtney was also very helpful, providing excellent support and answering all my questions. Together, they made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Original battery ordered never arrived at the store. "Courtney" helped with canceling out original order and selecting another battery.

Purchased a new battery, never used it. When I hooked it up, 8 months after purchase, it barely turned the trolling motor prop. Took it back to the store where I purchased it. Was told as it was below 10v that it was not under warranty. Also found out the battery which was labelled 'Duracell' was not manufactured by Duracell. Batteries Plus has a license to sell these batteries with a Duracell label on them...not sure where it was manufactured.
I will never purchased another item from Duracell. My company purchases hundreds of home alarm system 12v batteries every few months. It will not be from Batteries Plus or Duracell.

Brought my doorbell Ringer in to test the battery.The battery was fine and they cleaned up my connections to the doorbell.Butfon for free, I will be back.

I was forced to purchase this particular battery by the store manager at store 193 on June 3, 2022 at 5:37P. The car slowly cranked over after battery replacement, and they assured me it'll charge to 100% during the drive home. After a week began having slow cranking issues again. Began the cycle of having the store check the battery saying its good and sending me on the way without attempting to assist me. Both store 193 and the dealer has tested the starter and the alternator, and the dealer kept the car to determine if there was a parasitic draw on the battery which was determined no. The dealer tested the battery which returned faulty and need replacement at which I went back to batteries plus and they denied the battery was faulty but told me the dealer would tell me anything to get me to purchase a new battery. The car continued to fail to start; over the course of years till now this point where it continues to fail and requires a jump all the while the store continues to stand behind the battery and stated the battery is fine. It's so bad the car was in for an oil change and failed to start afterwards. They tested the battery again and it came back faulty voltage at 10.5v; after service I drove it back to the store in which they said well it tested 12.3v so it's fine. I explained to them that's a surface charge; and the battery is faulty in which they stated everything is fine again. It's just sad at this point and causing me to miss critical med appointments. Its just sad :(
