Today, I went to the branch at 03:00 pm, there was only one person in the bank. The rude Spanish lady (employee) told me that there was one person ahead of me and two scheduled online appointments. However, I waited for 45 minutes, she only let at least 7 customers that majority of them were Spanish speakers to do their job and they were all walk-in. I had to go to my job and I missed my work, because of this rude lady. Bank of America must provide ethical training more often for its employees. Will never come to this branch. Learn the customer service from Annandale Bank of America Branch.

The worse BoA branch that I have ever seen, the employees are rude, they are bias, they only care about their own people. Specially, the Spanish lady who really needs to fired. Shame on you.
