The bank manager walked up to me when I entered and said "you know there are four people ahead of you!" Makes you want to walk out but I have an urgent requirement that my bank BoA does. One office, the one I needed had no customers for at least 15 minutes since my arrival. A customer then walked in and just entered the office without issues. The bank is clean but the service is severely lacking. Manager came to me twice telling me the wait will be long but there is no one else here. Then she told me a customer service agent had someone in her office so I waited 30 minutes only to find no one was in the office. Severely disappointed. Their attention to customers differs from other banks or branches. Will not be back to this one. Some advice for all customers if you need anything but normal banking teller service make an appointment or go elsewhere.

Had a great interaction with Giovanni, after other centers were not helpful and were too lazy to help, this gentleman was so patient and made it happen for me. Although this is not the closest center for me; I will always come here if I need anything that's not available remotely.

I stopped in because I needed 1$ bills. The drive thru was closed so I did have to go inside: there was a little bit of a wait to be helped due to a line but the teller was quick once I began to be helped . They gave me the change I needed with no issues. I also stopped at this bank a few years ago when I needed to update my married name on my accounts and the gentlemen who helped me do that was awesome as well.

Long wait times. Was told I would need to wait 60 minutes to speak to someone about getting a temporary card. Lobby was filled with people. They didn't even have water after multiple people who had been waiting asked. Combination of being understaffed and having incompetent employees

This Bank of America is located off of the Prince William Parkway, and getting in and out can be a little tight and tricky. I personally advise in going to another BoA location for your banking needs, as this place usually has a long line with 1 or 2 tellers. The line moves extremely slow and the staff members seem to be super inefficient; and you're looking at a minimum of a 20+ minute wait! Tight parking available. +long lines +small parking available

Is so hard for me to understand how this bank works only one lady working to attend a big line of more them 12 ! One teller for driving's And like 3 just around the place looking each other and not doing nothing They welcome you but they service is bad! I will prefer not to welcome me and take care of me ASAP! I understand workers got sick and is not workers problem is all about management! Is so poor management they need to work so hard to get it done and the right way

My husband and I could not believe that a bank which pulls in billions of dollars had only two tellers: the one working the drive through was idle half the time we were there, and the one other teller serving the rest of the customers (inside the bank) acted as though it pained him to serve all of us. If I could give the bank no stars, I would. Too bad that all of my husband's allotments go to B.O.A. He's afraid that if we tried to switch to Wells Fargo, B.O.A. might make the transition difficult.

The design is much better than the service. Make an appointment or be prepared to wait for 30+ minutes.
