Thankfully, Advance Auto is literally right across the street. I walked into this AutoZone at 13952 Jefferson Davis Hwy at 4:30 PM on Thursday, July 11 2024. I took my purchase up to the counter behind 2 gentlemen in line. The first customer was being served while 3 other employees chatted amongst themselves at the farthest register. After waiting several minutes, I asked them, "Would one of you please come sell us this stuff?" They looked over at us, said nothing, turned away, and continued their conversation. So I turned away, left my purchase on the counter, and went to Advance Auto. There, 3 folks were eager to take my money. In retrospect, I should have known what to expect before I walked into this AutoZone. The parking lot was full of trash, including empty boxes, bottles and litter. I wish I would have never walked into this store.

Juan, gives the MOST AMAZING customer service ever saved me in a crisis with an appropriate solution that I was not even thinking about! dealing with auto advance was a CHORE, NEVER going back there again and referring all friends to this location.

Bought two batteries, and had to return one because it was the wrong size, one battery was a regular battery the other one was an aux battery, I had to return one battery because it was to big , then I had buy extra screws for the aux battery because it was the wrong battery and the team members did not want to help me out , neither did they want to help me

Chris C was extremely helpful with my headlights. He replaced the bulbs for me and also pointed out other items that were not right. We were able to replace some damaged fasteners while I was there. Highly recommend this store and ask for Chris C.

Went into location to get windshield wipers and one had to find an employees who just pointed where they were after telling me the sizes.Zero customer service was given and it was only me and another customer in the store after waiting a few minutes I left the store and went to advance auto parts where they not only told me where but gave me suggestions on which brand to use. I didn’t need help putting them on just wanted suggestions but I won’t be returning the this location bad experience
