I sent the below to an employee pertaining to my experience
"Hey Stephen. I want to clear and clarify the issue earlier today. I know you're good at what you do. I have nothing against you, nor do I think you cant do great work at your job. But your receptionist had no right to use our friendship to convince me that I should stay with your company for repairs of my car. Katie had no right to question me the way she did on my opinion. Katie had no right to tell me that my decision was fishy and off. She had no right to tell me and assume that the other body shop tow truck driver and my lawyer possibly know each other and have convinced me to switch. Katie had no right to make the comment to me that its a coincidence that Chris (the tow truck driver picking up my car) suddenly just got a new tow truck. But mainly the fact that she kept me on the phone drilling me and questioning me about my decision instead of just doing her job and accepting my decision. If you could please show this to your boss I would greatly appreciate it. If you cant I will find a way to let her boss know or whomever is above her. Again NOTHING against you Stephen. I trust you.

If possible and they have any availability, you just may want to make Auto Collision Express (A.C.E.) your first and last choice when looking for a place to get your car's bodywork and paint job done. Short end of a long... long... long story is: our 1999 Honda Accord was hit in the Wal-Mart parking lot and the young lady's car insurance company took full responsibility (financially and car rental) for the necessary fix. Katie from A.C.E. was our first point-of-contact and she was good. She walked us through the if/then potentials for our situation (based on what they could see on the outside of the vehicle), what the process would entail, and provided us with a Preliminary Estimate (electronic copy) from Lee (the estimator) by COB day. Although she was set to go on vacation, she handed the runner's baton off to Lexi (the finance lady for P.R.O. & A.C.E.) who was covering the front desk while she was on leave; Lexi provided us with car updates and next-step discussions over the final 4 days of a nine-day process. The final work was jaw dropping. The paint job, removal, and/or replacement of parts (fender, front panel gusset, fender bracket and the list goes on and on for 30 lines) was done with such precision and care. Before leaving the shop with our Honda, Lexi reviewed our bill with me line by line and walked me out to review/inspect and get my feedback about the job. Having dealt with and experienced others' stories with paint & collision body-shops in the past, my husband and I have seen our share of good, bad, and ugly bodywork outcomes living in South Florida. The bodywork and paint job was honestly...... well-done! This is not only a business that does work of a high-professional standard, but they show care, competency and are honest with you. We were NEVER asked to submit this review... we did this (within days of receiving our car) because people often talk more about their negative experiences, (which consumers have the right to do) that we wanted this review to shout-out our platinum experience- from start to finish- at Auto Collision Express (from July 24th to August 2nd of 2019).

"Lee" will take care of you, very competent shop that stands by there work. My cars have been there more than I care for (LOL) ? ... and I have always received excellent service, they have gone above and beyond each time to get my cars fixed in a timely manner with great quality. They don't cut corners, they don't use substandard parts or supplies, and don't try to add extra repairs or services to your car that are not needed. I always drop my cars off with full confidence that quality service will be performed. Lee will call you update you on progress, delays and any new findings or changes ... he also does a great job with the Insurance company and rental cars ...
I have referred this shop to some of my friends who habe also become satisfied customers.
I highly recommend this collision shop!

Great service, went to get a free estimate staff promised me he’d send an estimate through to my email and he fulfilled his promise ..I didn’t get my car fixed yet, but he gave his word and that stands strong and if anything that was most important and it deserves a five star!

HORRIBLE SERVICE I GOT A DOOR FIXED WHICH WAS A 2 DAY PROCESS IT TOOK THEM 8 DAYS AND THEY DIDNT EVEN UPDATE ME WHEN TO PICK MY CAR UP SO I COULDNT TRAVEL TO WORK !!!! NEVER I REPEAT NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE !!! THEY DAMEGED MY BUMPER AND SAID THEY COULDNT FIX IT BUT SCRATCHED MY BRAND NEW TINT AND SAID THEY WOULD FIX THAT !! TOTAL SCAMMERS HERE !!!

If you have a Mustang and it has been damaged, this is the ONLY PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR. PERIOD. I have a cherry "09" 45th and after a night out with my brother, the front of the right side all the way to the rear bumper was gone due to a "deer". Scott and Lee worked tirelessly to get my machine back to showroom. And it was no small task. My pony was down for 30 days. However, when it came back it was perfect. I now send it down to get touch up's, rims and custom engine work. Scott builds Pony's from the ground up. Just ask to see his race Pony's. Also, this shop is BUSY. They will call when your machine is done. If a problem arises, they fix it IMMEDIATELY. All work is lifetime guaranteed. My wife recently damaged her '14' Car Club of America. Scott & Lee had it done in a week. Perfect. I encourage anyone that had a bad experience to call directly and talk to either Scott or Lee. This in an exceptional place if you are a car enthusiast or rat rod lover. Scott has had several cars showcased in multiple magazines.

Horrible service, they don't update you at all. They tell you that they will call you and they never do. My car was suppose to take about 3 days and it's been more than a week now. Very unprofessional shop just like the Insruance company (STATE FARM) that sent me there.
