I could give 0 stars I would, they were tasked with storing my things while I was in Korea for a year. I received my things upon my return and I immediately noticed shards of glass and crushed chairs. To make a long story short, I had to many items that were broken and lost. A crated granite today we received as a wedding gift was LOST, a Christmas tree LOST! They even LOST pictures that can no longer be replaced and many other items. I don't understand why the Military continues to use this company. They've also changed their name a few times to throw people off. I attached some pictures of broken items.

I have been in the Army for going on 27 years and Apple Moving is without a doubt the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. It is patently obvious that they do not care about your belongings. I caught one packer attempting to steal jewelry. I reported it to apple moving and they did nothing. I also had to argue with the packers to properly pack multiple items. They refused to package some of my speakers the way I requested and unsurprisingly they were delivered destroyed. I have had these since I was 19 years old and they’ve been around the world twice only to have apple moving kill them moving from Washington DC to Fayetteville NC. They also destroyed family heirlooms to include an antique desk, 150 year old German entrance furniture, a teak dining table, walnut desk, lamps, etc. All through gross negligence. I watched a mover throw a lamp off the back of the moving truck and smash it. I also insisted that many furniture items be wrapped in multiple blankets and taped up throughly only to see them arrive either with no blankets on them or poorly wrapped in different packing than what was on them when they left my house. No amount paid in claims can replace the things that Apple Moving destroyed. The worst part, is that it could have all been easily avoided if any care was taken during the moving process.

Company blew delivery deadline by five days, despite being provided an additional two weeks of buffer time. Their semi truck broke down en route from MD to TX, but rather than re-task on of their trucks, or hire/rent a third-party truck, they chose to sit on their hands while we sat on the floor 10 days after arriving at our new house. When called, they made lame excuses ("stuff happens") and did not take meaningful action to resolve the problem.

As the destination delivery agent for my military move, Executive Movers (part of the Apple Moving family, as per their answering system) "misplaced" a full 1000+lbs crate. I have attempted to reach out to them multiple times over the course of almost a month, and the only response I get is "file a claim." No attempts to look for it. Jeff in the warehouse stated on the phone that he "doesn't want to deal with this" and forwarded me to the claims manager, however Martha never answers her phone nor returns messages. They have lost approximately 1/12th of the items in our house, and are not shy about the fact that they don't care because they know the military claims process is terrible. Over the course of a 16 year career, I have moved many times, but I have yet to encounter a moving company as incompetent and flippant about it as this company. Go through your house, and count every single little thing inside it, bed, furniture, silverware, etc from 1-12, repeating. Now as you move along, when you get to number 12, Apple Moving here throws it in the garbage. Their only response: "File a claim." Unfortunately, some of those items were irreplaceable memorabilia from my military career and my wife's government civilian career. Thanks Apple.

I have lived all over the country with my career. The move is always a challenge as you are starting a new job and really unending your life. We all know moving is painful. I have to say this was one of the best moves I have had, The team that worked with me on the Florida end were awesome. Never one complaint. Over extended themselves. They packed quickly and efficiently. The load day was amazing. Concerned about the elevator. These guys decided to take everything down a steep staircase and finished by mid day. It was amazing. The move in home in DC was also great. Greeted by the manager who handled the booking. Surprised he showed up, but an example of the commitment from the company. The driver/crew lead (Rodney) was outstanding!

I had my household packed and stored by Apple Moving and am exceptionally unimpressed. my toolbox was broken into and tools stolen from it. a 46 inch TV, roomba and desk all went missing as well. not cool people.
